I don't understand the fuss about all this. Aren't most of the top earners on OnlyFans giving out mostly lewds (not nude pics) anyway? So not even nude pictures which will still be allowed on OnlyFans. Plus this is a great monopoly buster as there are plenty of competitors outside of Onlyfans that do allow explicit content to be sold and I'm not comfortable with one company being the monopoly in controlling the terms and conditions of making money off of sexual content.

I didn't even know that onlyfans wasn't for porn, I legit thought it was made for porn only.

KZread refused to moderate for a long while, but then advertisers noticed their ads on terrorist propaganda and decided to run. KZread doesn't give a fuck about the kids, but they're scared the advertisers will leave again. Twitch will end up the same way before long if they don't start enforcing their TOS on the thots.

This right here is how the free market SHOULD work. If a company does something shitty, their customers just move on to the competitors. They can't just get away with anything because in order to keep making a profit, they have to keep providing their customers with a better service or product than the competition. Same for their employees - if the employees are dissatisfied, they, too, can move on to competing companies that specialize in the same thing and employ the same sorts of people. And that's exactly why monopolies are so terrible - if a company HAS no competitors, it essentially has absolute power to fuck over both its customers and its employees in any way they please, because what are they gonna do about it? Their only options are to put up with it or stop using the service/buying the product/quit their job. Now, let's look at KZread. Does KZread have any viable competitors? Sure, there's sites like Vimeo, DailyMotion or Metacafe, but who the hell uses those? They have no hope of competing with a giant like KZread. Now think of all the shitty things KZread has done to fuck over users and content creators alike. Could they have gotten away with it if there was another site people could've moved on to? A site that could provide viewers with enough content creators to watch, and content creators with big enough audiences to watch them? KZread desperately needs ACTUAL competition, for the good of us all.

It's a mis-interpretation of the issue. Any site which allows user uploaded content, is going to have issues with illegal content. That was the issue and that's why the payment providers were threatening to drop then. Since age and identity verification is difficult, OF decided to go the easy route themselves and try to drop all porn to solve the problem. KZread and Copyright infringement is basically the same story. Except KZread didn't ban posting of videos in order to stop copyright issues.
