@@xmarkovicx try turning off software that uses overlays like discord and msi afterburner and turning off antivirus and also limiting the frame rate to 60

you litterally fixed my problem in under 40 seconds. bravo. thank you so much

You changed the name when you added -dx11 in the shortcut and mine had an error as I explained in the first comment, is there any other way to change vulkan to dx11 please if you know anything please help me, for future videos I will continue to support with likes and comments

Could be caused by something running in the background so close anything that isn't necessary like msi afterburner, discord... And try to put the graphic settings lower, hope this helps :)
