I love how there's just cuts where an hour passes and Poo's like "new PB!" like nothing happened in between.

Omg, the stress of just watching the highlights is almost too much. I don’t know how you managed it. Said a a a lot about your character. Well done mate.

What would have been a great troll move is at the very top, putting a bowser fight. It's easy, but still after the mental exhaustion of getting there screwing up on that and being sent all the way back to the bottom would have been evil in the best/worst way.

Funky Kong being a poser might be the greatest take I’ve ever heard anyone declare. Dude is trying way too hard.

Funky Kong is a goddamned genius and deserves respect. We know from the math problems at Wrinkly's Kong Kollege that the average intelligence of the monkeys in Donkey Kong is very low. Despite this, Funky built an airplane out of a wooden barrel! A wooden barrel!! Think of how difficult that would be with the best human engineers available! Possibly impossible! He's basically the equivalent of Einstein fused with Edison.

Tony Stark was able to build his suit in a cave, with a box of scraps. Funky Kong wouldn't need to use the scraps, just the box would suffice.

This really made me appreciate how fantastic the impact sound effect is after Mario falls and hits the ground

I feel Only Up's stuff was much more tightly packed so there was (or at least implied) large sections where you didn't fall back to zero. Well this (assuming it's using the actual SM64 engine) is proof Only Up is no where near as jank as I thought it was.

it's not SM64's physics thats the problem. this mod is intentionally "bad" because of SimpleFlips' Troll Hack Competition (2023). so slopes are super random etc
