I tell ya what, the first 10 mins of this video is WAY better than 95 percent of modern "comedy". When they made this show, they broke the mould!

The early episodes yes, however the later ones when Casandra joined and Rodney grew up were boring.

Not the best ever in the world but its certainly special. People can moan about comedy made after this period but you can't debate that this is far more staged and obvious than more recent quality comedy is.
My wife calls me boring coz i watch it all the time..even after 30 odd years watching it,it still makes me laugh

There should be a law against not liking OFAH..... I still watch them all the time an if ever im down in the dumps and need a pick me up!! it stops me qw-ing. Plus my misses loves em just as much as me

Over 40 years I have loved this show so much and yet still today, it makes me laugh like no other. It was truly a master piece and now my son loves it and other younger members of the family and even people I know abroad I have got to love it, so it will live forever! I was lucky enough to meet nearly the entire cast, play an only fools and horses fruit machine with David and Nicholas, chat to buster and mett many of the other great characters way back in the day during the filming of Jollly boys outing where I met most of them in Ramsgate, then some more at Margate and chatted to many at the market scene in Dumpton. Ok just calm down you lot, just calm down
The joke where he pulls that paint stripper out from nowhere is so underrated 😂😂
