Soo easy to make aswell! (Take any dried chilli/ fresh and put hot oil over to combine I like to use a mix of fresh and dried chillis, powder, garlic, and a bit of ginger)

the potatoes are called 狼牙土豆 which means wolf's teeth potatoes because they are cut and shaped like a wolf's teeth and it is usually made by frying the potatoes and coating it with a spicy and salty sauce
