Making Croissant is a lengthy process, it's specifically a laminated dough meaning it goes through a process where multiple layers of fat (butter) and the dough are made when flattened evenly through a sheeter, folded onto itself then flattened by the sheeter again, then repeated- this process gives it the notable neat layers you see inside it which is ideal. There's a lot more things to consider when making them but I'm not gonna type all of it out, so the price, yes it is a hard pill to swallow but it's understandable especially making them jumbo sized.

Please try ginger tea. Slice a fresh ginger after you peeled it. Boil it for 10 minutes and drink it with or without honey twice a day is better. That's the only thing that helps my digestive problems that doctors couldn't treat. Hope it works 🙏🏻
