Would really love to know how the security systems work for houses like this one. Although this criteria is owner specific and can be done in various different ways, it is very rare that realtors actually highlight this very essential element. Would love to see it in one of your videos so that viewers get an idea and a rough estimate. Also, it would be great to see the compound walls/fencing along the entire property, just as a hint. Very small things, sometimes overlooked, but sometimes essential. This is probably the only house among the thousands of videos I have seen that I would very much like to own. It is absolutely stunning and gorgeous. The price really blew me away. It has everything one could ask for. I would love to add a large underground panic room/bunker. Along with the stairs going down the private beach, I would take advantage of the underground space of the house to build a lift all the way down to the beach. It may also be possible to take your private boat right under the house though a water channel. The possibilities are endless for this particular house considering the way it is ideally located. Selin.. honestly I'm loving mine.. childhood home I had gutted and remolded here in DC, end unit row house. Just need to start getting my décor and such and already know what paintings, etc. :))

Wow this home has everything one of the best features was the wrap around terrace and balconies for each room.

This Mansion is absolutely gorgeous. The architecture to the details this has it all. Once again this is a fantastic Masterpiece. I absolutely love it.

I like how you guys do the pop up floorplan so the audience can see where you are in the home. Great idea!

The house is haunted i guess...$10mil is so much less when compared to your other listings

Erik seriously this house requires more than 20 minutes to tour. Also if I had the money I would spend another 5 million dollars to customize this baby and trust me it would rival the 50 million dollar mansions in bel air, hollywood hills or beverley hills.

Check realtor.com or zillow and see that the house history was being listed for 6 mil in 2012 but was only bought for 2.2 mil in 2019. 10 mil is definitely not a steal

I think this is definitely one of my favorite houses. I really like the look of hardwood floors going through out the house. And there was still the basement you weren't able to get to. Crazy amount of space. I liked that the rooms have their own porches like outside. Always been a fan of houses with wrapped around outside. Also really like the outside views.

Your telling me you’d want to live in a house with this bland interior and exterior. It just looks so boring the interior. I’d rather have a much smaller house for 10M in return for a much better interior.

I absolutely love your videos Erik! But when is the tour of the "one" coming up?

Man this is a dream resort home, my favorite part has got to be that indoor pool with the gym or the lower layer with the elevator, I would go full scale bowling alley arcade with the bar space down there a rec room with a private racquet ball court.

Loved every inch of the place!

I live 10-15 minutes away from Port Jeff....you can see the cliff top houses from the water but had no idea they were this lavish. 😳

@@josegaragon4743 You don’t have tsunamis in this part of the world, and hurricanes are somewhat rare, too. Those hurricanes that do go up the east coast of the US usually aren’t strong enough to do a lot of damage by the time they get to New York, if they even make it that far.

Crazy that it's only $10 million! My favorite part is probably that view. It's amazing!

Usually I don’t like mega mansions cause they are so gaudy and dated looking but this one is really beautiful. It’s so bright and open with the white walls and light colored floors.

Let's be honest this is more of a resort than just a mansion! Great video Erik!

The lighting and openness is the best part of the home to me. I would consider it, if I had enough people to move in it with me.
