God, where did I hear that story? Was it Simon's PP? Because I remember them talking about that, specifically Lewis. Now that I'm thinking about it, it was probably the Triforce podcast. I definitely heard Lewis tell that story though. Had no clue it was about this lol.

I heard a story once of the opposite. A game was developed that included explosive barrels, but they were a different colour. During playtesting, there was a level that the testers kept getting stuck on as they had to use the explosive barrels but weren't. When asked why they didn't use the barrels, the response was "there are explosive barrels in the game?" Red things that go boom is so ingrained in our collective gaming psyche its a tad scary.

@@phoenixsoren They got Karma off, can't remember exactly whether or not they've completely stopped Karma from ever going down, or simply stopped it from affecting damage, but basically Karma doesn't matter anymore for the Yogs, hasn't for a long time too. Also it's more of a they rarely use that shotgun and he was practically holding it's barrel 5 inches(real short distance for non-Americans) away from Boba's head, and Ped's cross-hair was actually in the middle of her head when he shot, those are the reasons it killed when 1 shotting with shotguns in TTT is actually kind of rare. Purely a rare thing because they rarely use them at this point and when they do they somehow manage to miss entirely with an entire clip and die.. Or they half-miss and end up 2 shotting whoever they're shooting at.

I was thinking the same thing, though the innocents could just walk around shooting everyone once since the Turncoat only has ten health. Kind of like what they sometimes do when they hear a dead ringer. I think it might make more sense to just immediately out yourself as the turncoat, but not use the button until it makes sense to.

19:17 I've been playing a lot of Slime Rancher 2 recently, and I've noticed for some reason that Ben reminds me of a largo you would find in the wild, just the movements... He's never really doing anything and when you look away he's either not moved at all or he way further away/higher than you ever could've thought he could get in the time you looked away

Great to see Daltos again

The other day, a person came into the supermarket I work for in the US, and with a clearly British accent asked if we sold sponge candy. We'd only JUST started selling Jaffa Cakes in the international aisle. (Of course, after years of hearing about them in the Yogscast channel, I had to try one the moment they became available.) So I very confidently told the customer, 'We have Jaffa Cakes in aisle 8,' and I thought for sure her eyes would widen in disbelief. Like, how would an American even know about Jaffa Cakes? How would they know off the top of their head about the location of such an obscure item? I thought I would make this customer's day -- a little piece of their home country, found in a town in the US where she least expected it. But she just looked at me, confused. She'd never even heard of them.

I swear Ben is the player who, when detective, manages to kill the most non-traitors with scorched earth policy.

Would make for a hilarious randomnat, but we all know at least half of them wouldn't last the first 5 seconds. I'm still waiting for one of them to try mixing the giant mushroom and phd flopper combo for a real goomba stomp.

Just realised, that if the paladin is explosion proof..... they can suicide shoot the rail gun free of any consequences because its not RDM and they dont die. If they ever figure this one out its going to be a hectic session

since ben gets the good boy role, boba should get a custom, RAT role. honestly just think it would be funny no matter how it works. If you want my idea though, they would be a jester role that can do damage, they would start out small but only be able to put down rat nests thinking like a credit printer or bee queen, however, the more rat's they make the bigger they get. So by the end they'd be like Mario mushroom size
