The land appears to be level and not full of granite. The single floor house would need upgrading. The wood worm would need to be addressed before moving in. The bedrooms are not too small and could be used now. Replacing the windows would help eliminate outside sounds. One would need a functioning kitchen before moving in. Although the bathroom is functioning it needs to be gutted (at least that is my opinion). The housing market in Portugal may or may not be changing with less people wanting to immigrate. The property would suit a young couple who do not mind hard physical work.

Edgar, how much land, approximately, comes with this property? I'm going to assume it's about 1 to 2 hectares; and that the existing plumbing, sewer connections, & electricity in the 1-story "new" house, along the well, are fully functional. I'd expect to see an asking price of 80,000 to 85,000 Euro, with negotiating room down to 60,000 to 65,000 Euro. Feliz Natal e Feliz Ano Novo 😊

No idea on price, but its a full referb, land prices around near by and previous house sales plus location to cities and local amenities. I'm there in March, let me know

@@edgar_ferraz_real-estate-agent não me entendeu; quem compra casa para viver por cá, português ou estrangeiros, está a exercer um direito à habitação. Quem compra para especular ou como segunda habitação (e sim, muitos são estrangeiros), faz com que o mercado atire os preços para cima, o que prejudica quem precisa de casa. Sim, o problema é do nosso país porque não proíbe isso como outros países fazem.

@@luisfilipe534 eu percebi e percebo, apenas não se aplica aqui na maioria dos meus clientes , quase todos veem para habitar e viver no nosso país e de uma forma ou outra todos adicionam algo de bom, ajudam pequenas empresas e pequenos negócios. A especulação acontece nos grandes centros, no interior continua a haver casas fechadas e a precisar de reabilitação que se não fosse alguns estrangeiros acabariam no chão em ruinas. O solução não passa por proibir mas sim por aumentar o poder de compra e qualidade de vida em Portugal de forma a garantir que se consiga ter acesso a habitação

@@edgar_ferraz_real-estate-agent entendo, mas os salários por cá não aumentam por decreto. E começa a ser muito difícil aos portugueses comprarem cada em casa, nos centros ou no interior. Conheço bem o país e o fenómeno da moda de Portugal. O interior começa a sentir o mesmo problema, o que poderá ainda ser mais injusto porque os salários são menores.

I think I missed it, how much property comes with it? Are those buildings for agriculture part of the urban article?

It has 4360 sqm of land , the buildings are all classed as urban , two houses on one plot
