Yes carrot is optional. You can try apple but without skin. Also I am not sure how apple and banana goes together.

Yes, why not? Kya problem hai saath me khane me? Banana cake, banana muffin, banana egg pudding, banana pancake, duniya khati hai.. sab me banana aur egg hota hai. Breakfast me log banana, egg. fruits khate hai. No issues... Sirf misconception hai yeh ki banana aur egg sath me nahi kha sakte :)

How young is your baby? If he/she able to chew & swallow properly, you can try this. It doesn’t matter if your baby has teeth or not. Babies gums are strong enough to chew food along with saliva.

Hi Farhana, It depends where you live. In Europe babies start eating whole egg when they turns 6 months old. But in India and USA eggs are recommended after 1 year. So you can consult your doctor for proper guidance.

In spite of the fact that this recipe is recommended for children 6 months plus, this does not mean that one can start giving the pancakes before introducing mashed or pureed first. If the baby is already chewing and eating and swallows pureed food and mashed food without issues, then you can introduce this pancake in bite-size pieces. Carrot- This is a 'finely' grated carrot. What's wrong with this? A baby can eat it without any problems. Eggs- It depends on the country you live in. I live in Norway. It is common in Norway for babies to eat eggs once they start eating solid food. Therefore, you can follow your pediatrician's recommendation. As for the rest, each to their own. Everyone is free to do as they please. It is perfectly okay to skip it if you are not comfortable. You can simply try this recipe after your baby is one year old once you feel comfortable. I will edit the title to clear the confusion & be more specifc, which makes it suitable for 9 months + if that makes sense. As mothers, we should learn from each other. No harm in that. Also, I am always open and happy in receiving positive and negative feedback and try to improve my content. Additionally, I upload recipes here that have been tried and tested on my daughter and family. Since my daughter was 9 months old, I have been feeding her aloo paratha and paneer paratha, sometimes mixed with finely grated zucchini, carrot, and beetroot (without salt), since it is finely grated it cooks nicely without any issue. If you're giving egg yolk to your baby, you can make this recipe with yolk only. No problem with that. I will work for sure. Yogurt, grounded flax seed mixture, and buttermilk are good replacements for eggs (not for this recipe but in general). Please let me know if you have any other queries. Keep watching. Yes you can... But it taste best when you eat fresh.. I would suggest to keep them in an airtight container and store it in the fridge upto 3 days. Lightly warm them up in the microwave before serving. Hope it helps 🙂

Hi Laursss, It really depends where you live. I live in Norway and here babies can start eating whole eggs after turning 6 months old. Kela aur anda saath me khane se kuch nahi hota hai.. Puri duniya khati hai.. banana bread, banana muffin puri duniya me log khate hai. Mai saalo se banati aa rahi hu. Yeh sab misconceptions hai bas.

Why? What is wrong with mixing egg and banana? People are eating banana muffins, banana cake, banana bread all over the world. These all are made with eggs and banana. I am baking all these since many years without an issue. Can you elaborate whats your point?

Thank you for your feedback.. but this a baby friendly recipe and not suitable for adults. Also not everybody likes everything in terms of food. There are lots of positive comments on this videos as well and many mothers tried this recipe and their babies liked it so much. Hope it helps 🙂
