I love how, in these types of games, you can watch Kaif and cheer him during his streams and then you can watch Kaif suffer during his videos xD

Well, in Made in Abyss, said abyss in divided in various layers and the scenarios from this game looks very similar visually. The main difference is that you aren't supposed to go up in Made in Abyss otherwise you lose your humanity or die. The pain and suffering is the same in both game and anime tho.

Your kinda right kinda wrong like the first few layers are just shitty to get up first layer giving you nausea and each layer makes going up worse and worse along with other side affects. Yoursupposed to go back u0 otherwise how do you bring back artifacts

You only lose your humanity by the 6th layer, between the 5th and above you can still gradually make your way up slowly. Like in the case of Bondrewd's experiments, you either turn into a blob or become a Narehate. Going back from the 6th Layer is a problem and there's still no known way to travel back from the Last Dive back to the surface.

Oh this game! I actually got to be in that 0.9% but I think my favourite pass time was watching the occasional body descend past me at 100mph into the depths, even better if it was a friend.

Ah yes abyss world my favorite game. I remember when it was in alpha or was it beta it was called one of those two. Health potions did not have an in-game model then so health potions looked like bloxy cola cans and could be found in any chest you would open. The first few starting levels were lvl One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, and lvl Seven. Ah yes I also remember the crafting and potion and loot update. Everything like the Red flowers, Green herbs and Black muschrooms could've been used in making bandages. Green herbs and the Red and Green flowers would heal you if you used them in a bandage. If you are wondering what the black mushroom would do if you used it in a bandage it would start damaging you as soon as you used the bandage to try and heal yourself. Later some of the loot items above gained more uses in potions. You could also make glass bottles with glass shards. You need a workbench to make glass bottles in game. Glass shards can be found in chests along with other stuff. 1 glass shard would make a small bottle. 2 glass shards would make a big bottle. No you cannot find or get oil into an empty bottle. Oil bottles can only be found in loot chests. Okay onto potion making. You need a cauldron for this. Small bottles hold weaker potions due to not being able to hold as much of the potion. Big bottles can hold stronger potions. Red flowers can make a speed potion 2 red flowers for a strong potion which will make you extremely fast. 2 green flowers for a big all-seeing potion. What this means is that if there is a chest nearby it will have a red circle around it. 2 Green herbs for a big restoring potion. Best potion in the game. 2 Onions for a tempering potion it slightly reduces damage. 2 Black mushrooms for a lethal potion (pure posion) it doesn't matter if the potion is small or not it still will kill within a few seconds. I could go into more details but I don't want to bore you anymore. Did you know that the creators of abyss world are badorkbee? No? Well you now know!

Made in abyss is really good kaif, I recommend Y'know, wholesome anime about friendship and adventure down the uh, 'abyss' and all that :D

Yeah, sorry, all of my willpower went away trying to beat Bubsy 3d in my youth. I don't have willpower for bad games anymore. The bad game part is probably more the fact that it's a roblox game (and the engine you're working with in Roblox is jank garbage) and not so much the person who made the game's fault, but there's a fine line between challenging and the core game mechanic being that the game is bad.

​@@Haz4ler I'm sure it is outdated and they likely don't want to make too many updates so they don't break old user made content since all of this stuff is run live instead of on a stand alone compiled basis like your normal games. Roblox is basically like GMod. GMod will get some kind of update which breaks some kind of mod or custom game mode. Since Roblox makes money directly off of the user made content (unlike gmod) they have an incentive to make as few changes as possible so they don't break the existing content.

@@CreativityNull i dont know where this is coming from considering abyss world has practically no requirement for physics other than the jumping (which is.. its jumping, even then they fined tuned it pretty well) and is really consistent to get the hang of, its practically jump king but online also, its good to take note that a lot of roblox developers arent equipped enough to handle physics well and instead use its very basics

I was going to be like “the game isn’t that bad” at first but then I remember spending a long time on Ruined Umbra and like 3 hours on a certain part after that. The journey to the current latest point Onionia was worth though. Also I’d only consider anyone who got to like the first underground checkpoint an actual player because anyone with the surface ones are likely just random people the game a try because its free and potentially prone to quitting so getting as far as that certain checkpoint is a sign that they grasped the game enough to actually play it

I remember getting to root canal and just getting stuck on the slope. But after watching Kaif land on that itsy bitsy square i'm going back and i'm gonna se if i can get any further.

Of all things i wasnt expecting to see this game, made by the same people who made isle. Being played by kaif, still though, a welcome sight

Desius has the Obi Wan "Hello there" down pat.

My biggest takeaway from this video is the fact that Kaif hasn't seen Made in Abyss? Massive recommend, a fantastic series, especially if you are a fan of exploration, mystery, and one of the best soundtracks in all of anime.

keep in mind roblox players have an attention span of like 20 minutes if there isnt any constant dopamine being pumped straight into their bloodstream

This is one of my fav games on roblox this game is so well made thank you for playing this cuss it deserves to be more well known (i also have beaten the whole game even reversed jumped it)

Reminds me of Minecraft Freefall maps, where you had to drop into water/cobwebs/slime blocks really far down that you couldn't see until you started to drop. They were really fun sideways worlds.

Watching the stream of this was great lol. Felt bad for Glen when he respawned despite being right next to you and could've been revived.

This game looks like a fun rollercoaster to play just like my emotional experience watching through Made in Abyss, would recommend for how great and beautiful it is, but not for the faint of heart.

Judging from the lack of death and gore involving kids you'd never expect this to be base on Made in Abyss, welp, at least you don't turn into a mushy goop of flesh when you ascend a flight of stairs.

Just thinking of how he goes to the rest of the group asking them to play a game that he knows they won't finish.

This video makes me think that Kaif should host a tournament of who fails the least in a certain jump/fall game, The contestants are other SaltRaiders or friends that have beaten or gotten first place in other jump/fall games

i would love if we got a game in the made in abyss universe (or a heavily inspired by it) in unreal engine 5, could be procedural to some extent with mining like deep rock galactic, could also be multiplayer with persistent servers and maybe some pvp with collectible/craftable gear that are super super rare and very unique/exclusive, and if you go too deep you cant go back up without suffering mutations to your character. Eventually you have to settle lower and lower so as to not be mutated beyond repair. Maybe make it an extraction looter shooter like tarkov but in the abyss.

Comparing to made in abyss, the first run of fear and hunger felt simillar to it with how much worse it gets at every stage

I would definitely recommend to watch Made in Abyss to anyone here Really cute artstyle and wholesome story 2 seasons and 1 movie with a lot of sweet and fluffy stuff in it

oh i remember seeing that game but i kept dying at the start bc of the ridicilous fall damage

The two places I died the most was those two slopes leaves which I eventually skipped the ropes after them and jumped straight to the platform from second leaf. My other most deaths was taking the other path to beat level 11 which is at far end.

So glad I got to witness the stream of this. The chaos was amazing!

This is so hard and so easy to be a viewer, glad you had fun and stuff

I remember going through that first root canal part and wondering where to go. Instead of the small root these guys jumped in, I found that in the right side of the wall, there is a hole in the roof? And you can just jump through it and it's much easier when you know that exists

Suprising lack of gore from what i remember the anime had a bit of it. On a side note could you check out decaying Winter.

Oh, love this game, got a best record of reaching checkpoint 11 in under 30 minutes in like 3 deaths. Only way I can improve my time is less deaths or speedrun strats.

I rewatched the first ten seconds of the video at least four times before I understood that: 1) Kaif said "Null point nine percent". 2) Remembered that there's "null", "nil", "zero", "oh" and "nought". 3)Was reminded by my own brain that those are the same thing. English truly surprises me sometimes, even though I AM ENGLISH TEACER

I remember playing this and kept dying on that last jump to checkpoint 6, sighing and closing the game.

Okay so if you were to accidentally skip a checkpoint it wouldn't really matter since you can grab them in any order. Let's say you skip checkpoint two and make it to three it would still let you use three. However I wouldn't suggest skipping checkpoints because you need all the lives you can get. Also if you were to die near a checkpoint it wouldn't let you grab it since you are dead. The game only lets you grab checkpoints if your alive. If you died near a checkpoint and can be revived wait for someone to rev you. You still can grab the checkpoint even if you were revived a few seconds ago.

Im one of the people who got into level 10 and i have like 2 lifes left so im not continuing ever
