Becauseeee they are niche? And the Balloon one is caused by a bug and has a tiny 0.2sec window so no one is using it unless desperate.

Being perfectly honest, I am a low tier player and I've been using the fireball on the balloon for years. As for that level of precision, no. I just always thought it was common knowledge. Like most of these.

Morteiro I have an idea for a concept for an evolution. evolved fire spirit: when it hits a troop, it leaves a burning effect. that leaves a trail of poison upon impact. more damage. Upon impact, leave about 3 mini spirits that do half the damage of normal.
