Major factor is Price. I was looking for a 29T cycle both in Online and Offline market. At online platform, the price is showing 13999 + 500 for assembling charges whereas that same cycle in offline market costs me 17000 almost. So, here the price difference is huge between offline and online. The product i am taking to is Tata Stryder cycle. Also, i got 10% bank discount while purchasing online. Review - Cycle comes in great condition but there is a headche when you saw a non assembled cycle in a box. Try spending another 500 in assembling rather than doing it own because in warranty terms and conditions, it's mentioned that any wear and tear does not comes under warranty. Warranty includes only the frame, tyre, gear, chains etc and all the plastic mudguard, bell, seat, those rubberised items aren't included in warranty 🎉
