Thanks for the recipe. What amazes me is how did you roll out so perfect circles for each sheets? Did you cut them out with a round cutter or a round pot lid ? I can never get any of them in perfect circles , each roti ( chapati, pita, puri, or rumali roti ) will turn from squircle to oval 🤣. What is the length of your rolling pin? I only have a traditional wooden rolling pin with indent for handles. What kind of rolling pin is ideal and would you recommend ?Also a humble requests would you be able to show us how to make pita pockets in your upcoming cooking videos. Much appreciated. God bless🙏🏽

Hello Mam, I was searching for samosa recipe since it was raining near my home and my dad was asking for samosa. I came across this recipe of yours and since it was so detailed and easy to follow I tried this. I have tried many of your recipes and everything has come out really well (Kollukattai, Mushroom recipes, etc) When I tried making the sheets also, it came out really well since you mentioned to apply liberal amount of Maida. I tried it with 3 sheets since it was my first time. Adding the trimming of sheets into the filling was also a brilliant idea. I feel it gives a good taste to the samosa. Thank you so much for sharing these recipes. You are spreading happiness to many people by sharing these recipes. When people cook food and share it with their family and friends, that kind of happiness is really something !! Thank you and Keep rocking !! P.S: I really like the eclairs and the dark fantasy biscuit recipe also. It is really nice to know how these are made. Trying out different recipes rather than the mundane ones will keep the audience excited !!
