God I love this scene. The setting and fighting style are so unique. Great choreography and performances as well

I really appreciate how this scene actually shows some plausible, gritty takedowns. Throat, eyes, face, joints, this guy stays on those targets and only uses body shots to either knock down or stun opponents as a setup for an actual finisher. Very brutal, but highly believable compared to the constant “fist to torso” stuff you usually see in martial arts-based films.

As a Martial Arts fan and from my experience of watching many martial arts films, to me this my Top 6 most complete, most dangerous and most strongest martial arts characters. 1. Bruce Lee in "Fist of Fury", he can literally kill with One Punch. 2. Tony Jaa in "Ong Bak 2", he knows different fighting style and can use different melee weapons. 3. Ip Man in "Ip Man 1", he's a smart martial arts master that can adapt to any types of Enemies. 4. Jackie Chan in "Drunken Master" his unorthodox style is really an advantage in a 1on1 fight. 5. Yuri Boyka in "Undisputed 2", pre-Injury and if he will not become too overconfident like in that film. He's a Beast. 6. Jet Li in " Unleased, Danny the Dog". Quick and Unorthodox too since he's character was basically a living weapon for the Mob.

I'm Thai. Tony Jaa's martial art is called Muay Thai Boran, which is a throw-on, shake-and-break fight. It is more dangerous than Muay Thai nowadays. Muay Thai Boran is used in times of war. Can kill opponents, even fight with bare hands. Ancient Muay Thai has 4 sectors, but each region has Mae Mai Muay Thai. Different styles, while Tony Jaa uses Korat boxing in the Northeast of Thailand. will focus mainly on kicking in the northeastern region of Thailand, most people are very strong The shins and legs are big and powerful when kicking an opponent.

dirty, violent,gore but just enough it didn't drown the action, this is simply godly,peak of action cinema and what everyone should aim for, i want to make a film like this too,

When i watched ong bak 1 at the cinema in france all the spectators started to applaud standing up from the first shot of tony jaa, we had never had so many chills since the bruce lee films, it was incredible

Asia thousands of yrs ago, china's kungfu had its origin from India by Bodai Daruma. And Japanese's karate had its origin imported from china's kungfu. So, they are all linked. And the best is in Japan, the worst is in china.

Thank you for uploading Tonija's martial arts, I really like it, because his martial arts is a traditional martial art, so it is different from other martial arts that are famous in the world.

Still one of the best in drunken fist ground fighting choreography.

101 million views. The scene is so realistic that I actually believe they faught. Tony Jaa's raw, talent, real village setting. Alot of symbolism. It's incredible.
