Onew deserves so much. He gives so much of himself to his members and to us. It's a blessing to even know of him and he's truly proof that good people still exsist. All of Shinee are. Stay strong our Dubu Leader!!!

It’s 4am my time (U.S. Southern East Coast). I doubt anyone will read this, but I guess it just helps to write this down and not keep it bottled up. I haven’t been able to sleep again and am watching SHINee videos. Both of my parents have already passed away (Daddy 9 years ago and Mama 2 1/2 years ago). I had a very difficult time afterwards. Time doesn’t really heal deep wounds, but somehow you have to learn to cope. I didn’t think anything would ever affect me as much until we lost our Jonghyun. Even though I never had the pleasure of actually meeting this beautiful soul, I felt that I knew him through his music and his interactions with his SHINee brothers and us Shawols. After that very, very horrible day last December, I began to question my own existence. I’ve mourned all year like everyone else, but it hasn’t gotten much better. I won’t lie-I still cry and question, but Shawols need to stay strong for our boys. Now with the official announcement of Jinki's upcoming departure, things are getting very bad again. If something were to happen to him too, I truly believe that I couldn’t take it. I’m sorry to write this, but I’m asking everyone who believes in a higher Power to please pray for Jinki’s safe return, for Jonghyun’s Mother and Sister, for his SHINee Brothers, for Shawols everywhere, and even for his little Roo. One day I hope and believe that I will finally have the honor of meeting Jonghyun’s soul in Heaven (scoff if you want) and will tell him how much he is loved and missed. I know this is supposed to be a public forum for sharing videos and some people are upset when others write comments about losing Jonghyun-to those who I’ve upset with this post, I apologize. Cherry Pink: I did read and was touched by your words expressing your inner thoughts and feelings. You have experienced the loss of your Daddy and Mama, which are huge events in anybody's life (I am 66yo and I still feel the loss of my parents, Dad 14years ago & Mum 10 years ago) and the death of Jonghyun has joined to make big losses in your life. Healing does not mean we forget or don't feel those losses, but hopefully we continue to learn how to deal with it better over time. Keep expressing your thoughts and feelings with people you trust and/or on social media . . . and continue to pray for your heartfelt concerns. Jonghyun was a gentle and loving person and each of the SHINee members are just as special. Thank you for expressing yourself, as others may learn from your experiences and/or share your thoughts and feelings. May you continue your journey with God and meaning in your life.

Please never apologize for talking about Jonghyun. I am so sorry for your loss and really hope you can cope. Family loss is smth I am very familiar with, if you ever want to talk I'll always be here.
