@@firashidar510 you do realize songwriters make way more money on a song than the artist?

Remember even though he wrote the song alone, all credits from any member of any song group goes to the group not the person alone. that's how it is. And take note of all groups and who wrote songs the group is who is named for the song not the individual due to binding contracts and shit. thumbs up to one republic and its wonderful lyrics

This actually isn’t true. It’s why bands often break up. One member writes a song by themselves for the band and gets sole credit, and the real money in music is in songwriting. Some bands are smart and give credit to everyone so they get equal money, but that’s not always the case.

Ryan wrote it for Beyonce. Then he and the rest of OneRepublic covered it, and that's this.

Obviously its a cover duhh...every1 know that ryan tedder wrote it for beyonce to sing... Damn u guys are so sensitive about the title

MR Teddy did good, but I still like Beyonce's version. His was too high-pitched and auto-tunish for my taste.

Hannah Joyce Matutina this was a bad quality video, no auto tune. And if you didnt know, this is a demo for Beyoncé, she heard the song “come home” and asked Ryan to write her a song, so he wrote this, recorded what you are hearing here really quick, and sent it to her.
