If its not showing then You have to enable it manually

Follow the steps - 1) Go to the home screen, and long press on the screen and hold it. Until the, You will see the option called "MORE". tap on it. 2) then in the setting option you have to find this setting "SHOW SEARCH ON HOME SCREEN" enable it if it's off (My english is not good but I hope you will understand it)

After the May patch my OnePlus 12 is draining crazy battery I didn't use the phone but still it dropped 14% batters in an hour Was connected to wifi only

Turn off the performance mode on OnePlus Nord CE 4 after that the app opening animation will be smoother. Try it

3:49 so basically they copied iOS on the left and now while opening apps, background gets blur giving illusion of smoothness 😂, anyways love it, they also copied that search in home screen, control centre too and then people say HyperOS is copying iOS huh, HyperOS blur after advanced textures on it is miles ahead of iOS

Bro same thing in Nord 3 No blur in quick setting But still Nord 3 has blur effect in many seneriors You can check yourself and compare software in Nord 3 and ce4

I think new animation engine and features are only for core oneplus devices like op12,12r,11,11r,10 etc and not for nord series.

Very interesting Ashok! Its a smart and fair way of differentiating entry/mid level products from premium products. I also felt the same between S series and other series (in Samsung) where there's extra smoothness in One UI implementation coming from animations, not CPU.
