The pixel in general is supposed to be a minimalist phone... As someone who is a retailer of phones, I'm told to sell it as a minimalist phone with a great camera. It's the basic stripped down version of Android and makes it easy to learn and everything is all connected to the cloud so you never lose anything. Basically everything is based on the software overall not the hardware.

The larger size for my long fingers and big hands. Everything tbh. In the end I got the 4 xl and tbh. I'm in love with this phone. It's an amazing phone. But I feel like this phone is subjective. @@n0nchalant39 the problem isn't that they have larger phones. It's that they only have larger phones. They need to start using their profits to develope more handset options. Ideal size would be between 5 to 5.5" and with a battery around 3500 to 4500mAh battery and trying to keep it as lightweight as possible.

Don't worry, it's a decent enough phone. It's also a little cheaper than the 8T. In the end it depends on your personal preferences. I myself picked the OnePlus 7t pro, since I'm a sucker for new and innovative ways to get as big of a screen as possible. I got my mom the pixel 5 since she prefers smaller phones and I enjoy fiddling around with it myself.

I recently switched from the Pixel 4A to the Galaxy A52 5G and as much as I like the size, design, and screen on the A52 5G I'll miss the lightness, speed, and camera on my 4A. ☹️

A couple of very important features for all phones is signal strength and call quality. I've read about issues with the One plus 8T. I would really like to see these compared as well.

I totally agree. There are other reasons, but I think this is a large reason that people all want iPhones and Galaxy S/Note phones. American customs even mistook OnePlus's wireless earphones as AirPods clones and convescated them. OnePlus had to work with American authorities to get them released.

Got the Pixel 4A just for the size. Damn it feels so good to use a small phone. If One Plus makes a 6 inch display phone with good specs then it would be great !

I agree. I think the Google pixel 4a size is perfect but the 60htz refresh rate turned me away from it.

I have never seen a more well read tech youtuber like you. It's amazing how much prep and homework has been done to produce this video and yet present it so effortlessly. Simply mind blowing

I love the images I was getting from my 3a XL. Likewise the images I get from my 4a 5G. I also love the children’s’ parties analogy you came up with. Imagine what Google software could do with the very best smartphone (or real) camera hardware out there?

My choice is pretty clear: skip all until this punchhole trend is gone. It seems I'll have to wait some time considering everyone and their mother jumped ship. How do you watch a video with a hole in your screen ? I'll never know.. I might buy the Galaxy Note 9 which I found new only for 500€ online. An excellent phone with all the features I need.

Alright. Before I started watching your videos, I knew exactly what my next phone would be. Now I am so confused that I may never buy another phone again.

I really like the way OxygenOS looks, but I heard some strange things about OnePlus phones not working on certain carriers so I'm refraining. I currently have a cheap Motorola phone which works well enough but I'd rather have the Pixel 4a. Might just wait for the 5a to come out, then make a decision. OnePlus phones have been on my radar for awhile and I've almost ordered.

Who's not buying the OnePlus 8T? 🙋🏽

The reason why I'm choosing Pixel 5 is because it has water resistance and the 8T doesn't. 2 of my phone's have been damaged by water and UK is a quite often a rainy country too. It's a very important feature. I also like the other Google exclusive features. Kudos to the 8T having better performance in other areas though but the Pixel 5 features for me are more than enough.

Google should partner with Sony for the pixel lineup. Let them bring the fantastic hardware while Google takes it to the next level via software.

I got my 8T yesterday. It's amazing. I'm using my 6T to watch this video as the 8T downloads apps. 😃 7:45 after using for 2 months I can say that the software issues on the camera are fixed with a stable GCam and decent config. OnePlus still comes out on top

Nice Ive been an iphone user since i first got a smartphone and i recently decided to switch to OnePlus 8T cuz i was tired of the expensive prices of apple products and I'm really happy with the speed and the 5G the charging speed and etc highly recommend!!
