I have this wireless model , all is ok but only one thing I missing . While my car is parked and has no motion it doesn’t update current location . Means it should also give regular live location status after 5-10 minutes while parked . In my home ,Network coverage is good at parking place .Any solution for this problem?

Even i am agree with Aush, they have Very Bad and pathetic customer service quality after sales and the technical Person is very rude, he think he owns this company . I never recommended this to any one for the future. I have raised 2 complaints back to back and its getting close without any resolution, they believe only selling their products. No one cares about the customer’s pain.👎👎👎

Exactly Sir, they are only for selling their products, their technical support service is very disappointed. I am cheated by Onelap, I purchased Onelap Go plus, its charging backup was around 3 days, so I request for replacement, they send me the same product by claiming no backup issue after keeping it around 7 days, but When I received my returned gps from them it was not working, I tried to contact them but they made no contact with me, now my 5,500/- is totally wasted and this device is totally useless for me. I personally recommend no one should go for replacement after buying it, otherwise you will meet same issue which I faced with it. Product quality score is 5 out of 10,( 5 ; due to backup issue) but customer service is 0 out of 10. Worst Company I have ever seen.

I bought his product, but after 1.5 years it is not working now and customer care says they don't repair it after 1 year of warranty. So it's very expensive 7000(5000 for device + 2000 for next year subscription) just for 1.5 year.

What is annual price to pay

Bought the product and used for one year. Cost north of 5000rs. I recharged it after one year for another 2 years paying 3700rs. But Within 15 days the product stopped working. Warranty is only for 1 year. When I contacted the customer service they told we cannot repair the product that too even without checking. They are pushing for a new hardwire which will cost 3500. I lost 3700. So cannot lose another 3500 on this shitty product. Invested this much and no longevity. Please stay away from this. DONT BUY THIS
