One of my request is upload videos on site practical works if possible,if not all then atleast upload a video on staircase from line Dori measurement, shuttering,and rebaring..it will be very helpful and will be thankful too. Sir isme top extra bar jo nikli h wo both sides 12 h wo bhi 8m ke span ke liye nikla h. To sir ye value 8m ke span ke liye km nhi h kya ?

For distribution bar you take 40mm but clear cover is 25mm

sir ek confution hai apne number of extra bar in 8mm to btadi but number of extra bar in 10 mm nhi btaya

Yha pe extra bars or top extra bars nikalna parega..

MISTAKES AT 2 PLACE ---- 1. No. of MAIN BAR, = [{8000 - (2×25)} ÷ 150] + 1 = 54 nos. 2. Cutting length of DISTRIBUTION BAR, (as per drg.) = 8000 - (2 × 25) mm = 7950 mm

In no. of distribution bar also we should minus the cover at both side (even though there is beam) otherwise the 1st & last distribution bar will overlap with the inner bar of beam.

Sir can we use 40d for Ld(development length)?

Development length decided according to concrete grade and steel grade.....in RCC drawing, RCC consultant gives how much we can take ld. Some time 40d , 45d, 50d, 55d

Yes you can say that for top extra bar as a distribution bar

Agr apki wo khudki property hai or ap khud hi 2D ya 3D plan bana rhe ho...jisme government ka koi bhi involvement ni h to apko architect pass krane ki koi zarurt ni hai... Pr agr apko sirf confirm krna h ke jo plan ap banaye ho wo sahi h ya galat to ap sirf architect se suggestions le skte h. Or agr wo structure government ke under me aa raha h or sari chize on paper ho rahi h systematic to is time apko architect se pass krana hoga.

Sir cutting length of distribution bar me 8000-(2* slab cover) Hoga na beam Ka Nahi na ? As per plan as shown in video
