I bring my hurl to where I am currently doing my placement. At lunchtime or before I leave the placement, I do 20 mins of this drill. It’s excellent and fun! It gets you focused 110%. Literally hitting the Sliotar (both sides) off the wall and you’re only allowed one touch on the hurl. I highly recommend it.
