Eto ang pinaka the best camping vid mo chef! Sa una natatawa ako sa mga reactions mo nung nalaman mong naiwan mo yun box of foods mo. Then habang tumatagal mas lalo ako humanga dahil pinakita mo kung pano minaximize yun mga ingredients sa paligid mo. Hindi mo man na meet yun lasa na ginugusto mo, pero na meet mo naman kung ano talaga essence ng camping. So next time wag muna mag video habang nag iimpake kapag mag isa ka lang para hindi malimutan si box hehe kidding aside. Big salute sayo Chef JP!!!

Dear Chef JP, Make a check list, digital or manual. This is the 2nd time you’ve forgotten something at camp (last time was w/ Overland Kings camping) and sulked about it. Leave a knife in your glove box, if you’ve forgotten to bring one then at least you have something. Get a proper hard cooler to store your meat & other perishable ingredients. -Chef J.Y,

Ginisa nyo nlang sana kahit half nung taba ng liempo chef maramiraming mantika na din yun. Pero saya pa rin. Hehe naging super memorable yung camping nyo.😅

You can do also chef crushed the noodles and make it a seasoning. Noodles have salt on it.

Video became a lot more interesting seeing you work with what you had available. You could’ve also used the chili Mayo to cook with the shrimps.

@@chefjpanglo Siguro na relax Ako dahil sa tunog Ng dagat kahit medyo nakaka-takot pag sa Gabi. Sabagay, if I was there, di lamang ma-unleash surviving skills sa camp kundi creativity sa camping lalo na sa luto. Dahil dito, para tuloy Ako gusto mag-camping one day. Not only therapeutic and adventurous but soulfully enjoying more on the journey rather than the destination.

How do you make salt from the ocean bring your seawater to a boil. Once about half of the water is evaporated, or when you start seeing the salt form in the water, instant salt! hehehe
