Diners are the Best places to eat!!! The food is delicious’!!!!
Love to see you both chilling out and having a good afternoon. Thanks for bringing us along.
The Town Hall is an absolutely beautiful building, I love the castle style. The theatre reminds me of the Art Deco style. The little roundabout in the park reminded me of my childhood. Most of them have gone from UK parks due to injury. What a gorgeous town. Thanks Jon & Heather xx
Harriman in where I was born and raised. I haven’t lived there since 1982 but it will always be home to me. There’s so much history in Harriman!
The Town Hall is beautiful and I think the theater is Art Deco. Awesome park and the burger made me hungry. Keep Safe❤Keep Well❤
I used to work here. In the area you thought may have been stained glass actually had the words "Roane Medical Center". The part of the building you see is the newer part. The older part is the original building known as Harriman General Hospital before Covenant Health bought it.

NOTABLE RESIDENT....... ME!
The "Town Hall" is called The Temperance Building. It was the home of the East Tennessee Land Company that founded Harriman. It was also served as the home of The American Temperance University. During WWII you could buy your ration coupons on the third floor. The Temperance building has a long and colorful history and maybe a ghost or two...
My childhood friends and family are from Harriman, the Wright family. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Jon & Heather, what a beautiful old town and it's retained much of it's old fascia's and signage too. Heather was really great at narrating the part of the video where she had control of the camera. It looked like you had a lovely day out, thank you so much for sharing, much love. xx💖
I went to high school with Jeremaine Copeland. I'm glad you did a vid in my hometown there's just certain others that do vids and do it for the wrong reasons. You did a good job 👍
Very interesting town, awesome video Jon I love seeing antiques, love ❤✌California🌴
Thanks for the awesome video. Beautiful little town I've heard of it but never have been there.
Im thinking the style of the theater is art deco

What's art deco. The theatre itself is called the princess theatre
I love that park and the picnic area looks super.
I’ve been watching your videos for a long time, but never knew your last name. Turner is my maiden name. Since you’re from Harlan and I’m from Bell Co, we might be related 😆
I went to the store and gave them some loving ❤
Love the one-tankers. Thanks guys!
Great and fun video! Thanks for sharing such a cute town. 😊
Thanks for sharing the footage, Jon and Heather!

Hello guys! I have been a fan from wayyy back. U guys were filming right in front of my neighborhood in historic Cornstalk Heights. I was happy to see all the highlights from downtown. Great video.
Very pretty town. Loved the antique store.Enjoyed the video.
Glad you enjoyed our neck of the woods. Take a trip on down to Rockwood sometime and have a bite to eat at MeMe's. Great food! Lots more old buildings to explore and checkout the old Iron Works which which is what started the town.
Hey guys, That burger, and those fried tomatoes = i'm starving and it's 6:20 am, so you know what's going to happen shortly. You got it, great choice of videos.
have you tried to use a spirit box in any antique store / the drive in could be used as a flea market just like the one in Maryville and have movies in the summer time

Another fun fact about Roane County my hometown. Megan Fox from Transformers was born in Rockwood Tn she spent her early childhood in Rockwood b4 her mom remarried moving them to FL.
Missed your one tank trips! So Interesting!
There used to be a big pool at that park when I was a kid.

There are a bunch of cool places in harriman and it's also the biggest city in its county.
Beautiful place 🤗
It's retro or art deco the theatre I think ??
Next time you to Harriman got to check out Chuck's Deli best hoagies around.
Great music
13:18 squirrels also love this park
The brick building next to the mural, that had the blank scrollwork area, use to be a Hospital that was originally built in 1939. It closed around 2008, i believe, and they built a bigger one just down the road from Courtney’s diner (formally known as Wendells famous for its donut burger).
I’m in middle TN, I think a little road trip is in order for these burgers!
It's midnight and I'm in bed starving because the title mentioned burger's 🤦🏿♀️

Made me drool too. Now I'm going to have to get me a burger on my next day off.
I used to live there you actually went past my house
The large brown brick building is an old hospital!
Awesome video bud. Next time you come through this way holla at ya boy. ill show you the good places and grill you a real burger.
U should have gotten a burger from roane street grill it was right down the road from that park. Really closer than Courtney‘s
I live in Harriman that building is the old hospital. It’s abandoned now.
Hey Brother, this is an awesome video. Hope you enjoyed you day there. Stay safe and we will talk with you soon!
You should come down there during Halloween they have an awesome festival
Opening credits: "Notable Resident's" - there's no apostrophe in "Resident's"
Ive seen many broken arms happen on those merry-go-rounds. Harriman is where time changes correct? Lebanon, Tn here.

No time change happens between rockwood and crossvilen
Fried green tomatoes on a burger 🤤..
Called Art Deco
You call that style “Streamline Moderne.” Mid to late ’30s I’m guessing.
I’ve fell off that Merry go round serval times
Merica sure is Perty
The theater looks kind of art deco
That’s where I’m from
❤️👍💜
The building across from the City Hall (museum) use to be Harriman Hospital. Not sure what they doing with it now, but where you said it looks like a mural or window use to be there or gonna be there use to have the sign for the hospital. 4:04 I have heard rumors that the city hall is haunted not sure tho worth checking out. The Princess Theater is beautiful inside we had our graduation in there back in 2019. The theater was opened in 1926 here is a link of the history www.princessharriman.org/history/

The old hospital isn't under use anymore. The ambulance parks in a garage in the hospital but that's basically it's only use
