Yes it does, most shows tend to fall on a formulaic structure, ether be Steven universe, courage the cowardly dog,etc, the deference with P&F however is that they boldly put the formula in the forefront, and what fallows is this weird self referential oddity that is P&F, it’s something that I haven’t seen any cartoon do even to this day

Would sadly not work because a Phineas and Ferb episode is ten minutes long. As shown in this video, if we use one second from every episode, we only get to 3:57. We're gonna have to use more than just one second from every video.

Depending on what u count as a song, Phineas & Ferb has around 360 songs. (remember special episodes will have more songs, plus they did a musical and a movie. also some eps just had extra songs for the hell of it)
