In today's episode of Stardew Valley, I started off by wearing my new Skeleton Shirt and Mask, creating a goofy yet spooky outfit. Penny surprisingly complimented my new look. Afterward, I smelted Radioactive Ore from previous episodes.
I discovered a Slime Ball in the Slime Hutch, giving me 20 slime and a rare Petrified Slime. Excited about my growing collection, I decided to make another Slime Egg. At the Island Farm, I harvested my neglected trees, coffee beans, and starfruit plants, pleasantly surprised by the Fairy Rose Honey from bee houses.
In Mr. Qi's Walnut Room, I contemplated what to buy with my 62 Qi Gems. Leave a comment letting me know what you think I should buy! Combining the Slime Charmer Ring and Crabshell Ring at the Volcano Forge, I created a single ring with great defensive properties. I then explored the volcano dungeon, collecting more stone for crafting stairs.
The next morning, I woke up to plenty of diamonds in my crystallariums. At the Slime Hutch, I found another Slime Ball and a finished Slime Egg ready for the incubator. Crafting a stone chest, I organized my slimes, then tended to the rest of my farm animals. I researched the Bone Flute and Prehistoric Handaxe, the remaining artifacts for the museum.
I traded my 80 omni geodes for 16 Artifact Troves at the Desert Trader in an attempt to help find those missing artifacts. Excited about the previous findings, I activated the Shrine of Challenge in the Mines for dangerous mobs and valuable Radioactive Nodes sporting radioactive ore.
On Ginger Island, I gathered Cinder Shards for Cinderclown Shoes (+6 Defense & +5 Immunity). On my way to the dwarf trader, I stumbled upon a Deluxe Pirate Hat while exploring the volcano dungeon. A Journal Scrap about combining rings caught my attention, as that's exactly what we did earlier in the episode. Unfortunately, I passed out, but woke up to a new season: Spring.
After releasing the farm animals into the warm sunshine, I visited Mr. Qi's Walnut Room and chose a new quest for the week: Qi's Crop quest. I finally traded my Cinder Shards for Cinderclown Shoes, but faced a dilemma regarding its stats.
While exploring the island dig site, I acquired Qi Beans and omni geodes, just what I needed to further my current objectives. Back at my beloved French Toast Farm, I planted 21 Qi Beans with Deluxe Speed Gro Fertilizer to get started on growing 500 Qi Fruit.
In a rush to collect Starfruit Wine from the Keg Shed, I pushed past my limit and passed out at 2 am. Thankfully, my loving daughter Gungus greeted me when I woke up. I surprised her with that Deluxe Pirate Hat I found earlier, and she looked adorable in it.
I'm excited to see if I can actually grow 500 Qi Fruit in the next month - stay tuned to find out! 👀

If you are getting tired of the NPC dialogues, there is a mod called 'Canon-Friendly Dialogue Expansion'. It adds about 2600 new lines of dialogue across all 34 characters who have a heart level. And as the name suggests, it's canon-friendly so the dialogue matches their personality, traits, and story. It also gives new dialogue to the festivals!

As I understand the whole point of the slime hutch is to farm those bouncy slime balls for more slime and other stuff. They're not slime eggs and won't hatch more slimes. Up to 4 can spawn per day as long as the water troughs are filled. Galaxy Souls can also be purchased from Island Trader on the last day of a season for 10 radioactive bars. Qi's crop definitely requires very active usage of seed makers, I doubt it's realistically doable without them.

Anytime I need a chuckle with my morning tea, I watch another one of your episodes of SDV. Good luck with the Qi quest! I've tried it a couple of times and never get remotely close to getting enough beans. You've got a great start going! Your daughter makes a super cute pirate!
Using the vampire ring above the luck ring is crazy to me😂, but def use what u like. You can also make like two ‘sets’ of rings, one set for when you go to the mines and one for when you are not.

Yeah maybe I overestimate how helpful the vampire ring is now, especially in this late game. I may switch it out for the luck combined ring next episode
Hello Waffle I'm happy to see another Stardew Valley video, always enjoyable. Waffle about the slime hutch, you don't have to worry about breaking the big slime ball because that's the point of the slime hutch it's used to farm slimes and petrified slimes, u can use slime for crafting recipes and the petrified slime to maybe sell for money. Also, the four water bowls in it will stay the same even if there's more slimes. The Minecraft Legends series has been going amazing I'm loving it keep up the great work Waffle.
I agree with only using the one forged iridium band, no need to have two in your ring slots. It takes away the possibility of having another ring effect into the mix. Can't wait for the next episode!
I recommend you get Pierre's missing stocklist and gift it to him The giant bubbles of slime are not slimes so you need not feel bad about killing them The slimes produce them based on how many slimes are in the hutch And yes, the heart with a slime meant the male was trying to breed, they play a game of tag to do so

Yeah that’s one of the only things I see value in now, but it costed more qi gems than I anticipated. I may buy it next episode though since it’s Spring now
The teardrop looking thing is a prehistoric hand axe it can be used and found from artifact spots and Geos

Yeah I looked them up in the video, but I can’t get them from geodes, only artifact spots and artifact troves with a ridiculously low drop rate
