If I remember right, Boros was, at the time, the strongest character in their entire universe other than Saitama, and we all know how that turned out. We really don't know the upper limit of Saitama's power, if it even has one. Literally every single fight except Boros has ended in a single hit, and even Boros only survived because his one big gimmick was regeneration.
