I have the same thinner spots in my hairline on my forehead. I have a thinner crown which is harder to style. It doesn't bother me too much at age 42. I don't have the energy or the mental capacity to style my hair like this but it's nice to watch other people do it and live vicariously through them.

The shrinkage is so real. I think your hair grows so fast and it look so healthy

Girl! Mousse is the enemy of my 4b/4c hair. I use the cremes or gel. I know some people will yell but it also have had to reincoporate hair grease into my routine. I'm perimenopausal and my thyroid has long since been removed. It eliminates the crunch and the curls are uber defined.

So glad i found your channel. I just did my own tapered cut after watching your tutorial. My big chop was 2009 and just wanted to chop with a style easy to maintain. Gorgeous hair and thanks for this review. Going out to buy that gel cuz the loc method made my cut look a mess

I hit the big 47 and the middle to the front of my hair drastically thinned 😱 so now i have 2 textured hair; thin & very soft in the middle & front and thick and "kinky"on the sides & back 🤦🏾 to top it off, my edges are receding 😢 I'm hoping with the help of my dermatologist, it won't progress 🙏🏾 Anywho, love the video.
