tbh u should give izuku some paramecia devil fruit like kidd's one so that he need to train it. both goro and paper would be broken and it would make series boring since they are still entering grand line. just give him kidd's fruit or maybe law. law fruit is op but he need to train so much for stamina and all that. doflamingo's fruit would be nice too. its on you
