Why would you introduce me to another card game to start collecting? My wallet hates you lol. That first box was absolutely amazing, basically paid for both boxes. These cards are so amazing looking and if I can find them at my local stores I will definitely be picking up a few packs. Keep up the phenomenal work man.

Yeah im a huge one piece fan lol and I've never seen these cards until recently. Definitely more of a guilty pleasure opening for me though 😂

As a heads up the starter decks have completely different cards than the booster boxes. You need 2 of the starter deck to get a play set of 4.

Love this set as well. I'd be willing to buy but probably waiting on restock as I got these boxes for around 80 90 bucks lol. I want to be able to open up a case but we will have to see if that ever happens 😅

@@DKCards yeah man check em out! they’re individual sleeved boosters for $4.19 so if you do the math, getting $24 of them is actually cheaper than buying a booster box in this market atm. only downside is no guarantee of any fire pulls.

I literally ordered two boxes and then saw your video pop up. Can’t wait to get my boxes…. Hope my boxes are stacked like yours! Just started one piece too, on ep 25 or so… only the odd 1000 or so to catch up 😅

Like that alt art luffy. I was not sold on the art for these cards yet. I am hoping they use the sketches Oda has done. Still nice to see an opening. After you learn the game let me know how It plays.

Yeah I wish they had some original art from oda but if you see the zoro alt art, that's kind of the biggest card I want 😂 think I'm going to buy it as a single next card show. I'll definitely let you know. It looks really fun

that's normal thickness is most other Japanese-originated TCG. Pokemon cards are actually known for being flimsy

It depends , I play the tcg so meta decks are currently in op 01 and op 02. Bandai did say they were printing more now so maybe op 05 for the manga rare cards releasing soon

One piece is my favorite manga and. The current tcg that's super popular is romance dawn, and paramount war is coming in next month. Battle summit? LOL idk what that is sorry brother.but right now it's damn near impossible to get romance dawn product at a good price.

Just found out. Battle summit is the japanese paramount war. For a second i was like what the hell did i buy. Thats great bro! Its good to see a manga fan I hardly ever meet any. Ive been reading manga since rurouni kenshin. I think that was my favorate manga besides naruto. Have you checked out kaijuu #8? They just announced the anime. Its going to be sick!

Yeah restock in January is definitely going to be your best bet! I don't think these cards will go crazy high in value, just stores didn't realize how popular one piece was going to be.

Honestly I'm not so sure my friend. Some people said there's a sign for 1st edition compared to other future boxes but I couldn't tell ya 🫤

I picked some up and it seems like they do have a 1st edition mark at the bottom right. Who knows if they’ll change it up or keep it with the same numbers. Could also just be for organization of the card #s People on reddit are saying no, since they’re comparing them to their other sets of cards they’ve released (Digimon). Their “1st editions” are the cards stamped “pre-release” and the new releases may or may not have promotional cards. Debating buying a case for $190. I know it’s all FOMO

Is the Shanks that hard to pull? I got him on my second box.

Right now it will be very hard my friend. I would try to call your local card shops whatever area you are in, and see if they will restock. Online boxes are way too expensive.
