Iran , fadak train.. last year 2023 we happen to travel Iran.. we took fadak from qum to mashahd .. it was really good experience..may Allah bless Iran

I am planning my first trip to Iran. Train looks nice 😊. I have a few questions: 1- are the train viewing windows just in the corridor as shown in the vídeo or, the individual compartment also have windows? 2- Do the seats in the individual compartment convert to beds if needed? I noticed that you arrived at 7 am. Thank you so much for posting this video 💚

Yes there is big window in the compartment too. The seats stretch to be used as bed. The compartment has two very comfortable sleeping beds above the seats, making sleeping for 4 people. You can check in this short kzread.info5vsoVt1JKKU?feature=share

You can get ticket from train station or from any travel agency once you get there. There are many travel agencies around.

How to book the tickets when a person isn’t in Iran? And on the Fadak train website, I cannot book anything for later than 15 days. Is this true?

Sorry for late response. Well we were there and got tickets from the train station which was just nearby the Roza-e-mubarak both in Qom as well as in Mashhad.

@@hqali33 We, as a family, reserved two cabins and managed to buy tickets. They agreed that not send any male passengers in our cabins only women and children should be sent in our cabin, only female passengers, because we did not have men with us. When we left, a few hours later, several train crews entered in our cabin and asked to pay for two empty beds, we showed the tickets we had bought, we said that we are not going to pay for the empty beds, then they said that if you don't pay, we will bring a male passenger here, finally, after a total nervous breakdown, we said the next station, we will file a complaint against you we understand that they trying to rip us off he then they found a couple they came and , sat there for a few minutes and went to their own cabin. In, they ruined our trip any way

That's so disappointing! We recently traveled only women by reserving whole cabin, and it all went well.

It is always safe to buy tickets from the train station, because the travel agents are mostly untrustworthy. E.g in our last journey, we booked two cabins, for 7 ladies (1 cabin has 4 seats), the travel agent said our cabins are side by side but when we got there they were not. Also he charged us for 8 persons full ticket price but actually he should have taken 7 full tickets and one ticket without food charges.
