One of the BEST most affordable rifles: Night Fighter

In this video im going to share one of my top recommendations for a very low cost high quality pre built AR-15 called the night fighter made by midwest industries. Ill also go over the accessories I used to make this thing into a monster rifle. If you're trying to build out a low cost AR and dont know where to start, this video is for you. and yes $1500 is budget IMO.

    Midwest Industry rails are honestly so underrated. Sure they may not have fancy lockup like DD, Geissele, or even Aero's rails, but MAN are they easy to throw on a rifle. They are truly robust enough for 99% of users, even folks that demand hard use out of their rifles. Plus they look fantastic

    I've given this same recommendation to several based on specs alone. This is a rifle that many might build if building a premium rifle from scratch, except the trigger. Great feature set for the money.

    The nightfighter handguard also has an extended barrel nut similar to G$ handguards for better zero retention on night vision and probably some barrel deflection. Really adds to that value you’re getting for the money.

    Thanks for the review! I haven’t been able to find much information about their rifles. I did an 10.5 build with their combat rail and it’s solid. The rifle looks great with all the specs but not many have done a review till now. Would you say this rifle is over gassed? Wanted to know the buffer system they use. Thanks again for all you do!

    Midwest Industries is one of the top companies out there. It blows my mind that more people don’t know about there rifles. Price to qualify control, performance and reliability there’s BCM and Midwest Industries hands down. They are a duty work of art.

    The new Gen 3 Rein 3.0 switches have easier cable management options, but they don’t do as good of a job at hiding the cable as the old ones. I’m still going to end up buying one of the new switches when the dual lead option comes out though..

    Awesome gun but 1500 is not budget when you can buy a PSA for $600

  • @krisv1038

    @krisv1038

    Especially considering this is a naked firearm for 1500. You can grab a PSA 556 for sometimes under 550 sale, which allows you to get optics ,light, mags, muzzle device, and maybe more for still cheaper than this "budget" rifle. This is a nice rifle, but especially in the current economy , 1500 to start is not budget .

    Id say it's a budget rifle for the high end maybe, it's more mid tier though. I personally consider $1000 and under budget, under $2000 over $1000 mid tier, and anything over that high end or gucci. Depends on your definition of budget though.

    Your Kit Page has saved me a ton, and introduced me to some really high quality stuff. Only hiccup I’ve had was purchasing a barrel from US Arms Co. Would not work with multiple debit and credit cards. Called in, wound up talking to the owner, who was super cool btw. Said he would send me one, never got 1. Disappointing.
