I wondered where you went brother! You have made a hell of an impact on my life and the decisions I have had to make due to the fact I had a failed back surgery and was given the gift of genetic heart failure. I sold everything at the age of 50 and left calif while telling the doctors I no longer trust them and will be going fishing , the cardiologist laughed. I have no family but you do so take care and maybe I’ll see ya up on the coast.

Hope you’re feeling better. I’m glad your fishing today. I would recommend wearing neoprene waders with foot stocking or foot boot attached. Perhaps a 3 mm or 5 mm size. Check them out. This will keep you dry and warm especially if you’re just sitting there. And get good gloves too. Your fingers will numb up fast. Good luck out there 😃👍🏼

hope you stay well, get better. Going through some myself. But I have a suggestion for a tool in your arsenal. If your foraging and crabbing and fishing you should get a diver's knife. You can cut, chop, pry, saw, slice with it. Really good for chopping frozen crab bait.

Good to hear something from you, probably like everyone else been wondering what happened to you. Sorry to hear about the health issues, at least you got some warning and can hopefully get it straightened out . I’ve had 2 heart attacks in 14 years with no warning, one minute I’m doing fine and a hour later I’m on Life Flight heading Southwest Washington Med. Hope you get some good treatment and can get back to fishing like you love . We all miss your videos, take care and God Bless.
