This was a great video about Bariloche. I've been there twice, and I agree that it's a beautiful place for a vacation, but not as good for career. If you ever go back to Bariloche, I highly recommend 2 restaurants: "La Fonda del Tio" for milanesa a la napolitana and "La Parilla de Tony" for steak. Both are really good!

Many people in Buenos Aires have told us that it is an elite city, one of the best in Argentina. But it turned out that it wasn't about the city at all. We don't mean fancy cities like Paris, but we thought it something like a neat clean civilized city with good architecture and a rich population. We thought it was like Belgrano R or other nice areas of Buenos Aires, but only in the mountains

@@aleks_digitalnomad вы можете ещё съездить на севере на водопады, на юге ледники и за вином в Мендозу и в 2 часах от БА на пароме скататься в Монтевидео это Уругвай, там городской пляж и можно купаться, и просто погулять...) И главное посетите Рио-Де-Жанейро минимум на неделю раз находитесь в ЛА, только придется на самолете лететь и это недешево, у них дорогие перелеты на континенте...в другие города Бразилии особо смысла нет ездить. Еще Чили неплохая страна, особенно их столица с горами.

@@enbuscando Спасибо. Да перелёты тут на континенте очень дорогие. Когда в Мексике жили, то дорого было в соседние страны лететь, и сейчас билеты в Бразилию смотрели, очень дорого, около 300 долларов за пару часов лёта. В итоге мы летим в Игуасу, переходим границу, смотрим водопады и летим в Флорианаполис, на остров в Бразилии, а оттуда в Сао Пауло на несколько дней и дальше улетаем обратно в ЮВ Азию ☺

@@aleks_digitalnomad Фрорианаполис еще нечего, но не летите в Сан-Пауло, это самый уродливый город в Бразилии...там смотреть нечего...да ещё на пару дней...лучше на автобусе от Флорианаполиса и оттуда в Рио хотя бы на пару дней, а из Рио в Сан Пауло транзитом. Я думал вы все таки останетесь в БА, а вы обратно в Азию, что вам так не хватало в сравнении с Азией?

Bariloche, is one of many places in Argentina that qualifies as a "paradise". Some comments here: Bariloche in winter is is the top place to for skiing and winter sports. In summer, it is special for hiking and camping. It is the city in the area with the most massive tourism and accessible to the middle classes. In the opposite shore of the lake, is the city of Villa la Angostura. Great views, great food, but the real place for rich people. Two hour to the south its the town of "El Bolson" geat for alternative culture and a great crafts fair.

I`m from here. Gotta say that we are a little city-town. In other decades, it was an exclusive place for rich people. Now, there are a few fancy areas. Most people here belong to middle class or even less than that. Don´t forget that we are in Argentina so, we are always in economic crisis. We don´t have good infracstructure and particularly this province has always bad government. Greetings.

Although not at all our top sky village, Bariloche is our most important sky village in terms of skying center size & capacity. Additionally is a nice place to spend a pair of weeks in spring or summer, but it is not definetively a city to spend the entire year. When we say Bariloche, indeed we refer to the surroundings, not to the village itself. Finally is entirely necessary to have a car there.

Dear friend, thank for visit Bariloche and and surroundings. It is just a small sample of the beauties of the southwest Patagonia. Very sorry about the taxi driver situation. Unfortunately in Argentina, there are very bad people, too.

Could you live in Bariloche without a car ? Good retirement city ?

You never have to take taxis in the cities, they lie every time about the price, that's why uber is better in Buenos Aires. Great video guys! :D

Try to visit once the park in the south called "Los Alerces". It is a bit far, but it is awesome. And there is a place called Tafi del Valle in Tucumán that is worth to see.

@@aleks_digitalnomad they don't have an argument they just saw him and Eva Braun and at least one daughter. simple observation and a lot of people knew it. Governments like ours in US, Israel, etc. had been on the hunt for them specifically Bormann for years but couldn't get in close enough to take them. I didn't see them there myself (born in 1969) but it's like that line in the movie JFK about Clay Shaw where the man says, "what's the big deal, everybody down here knows the guy (in the French Quarter, New Orleans). Not to mix "conspiracies" but it is still the official story on Kennedy's murder that a lone nutter did the whole thing. Check out the videos of the interviews with people, it's not only more interesting than the official story, it makes sense, especially in the case of Bormann. If I were down there I would definitely check it out and talk to people about it. ijs

The funny thing is the "pretensions" of the Russians in Argentina...IT IS THAT THEY ARE RUSSIANS HAHAHAHAHA. And I live in an English-speaking environment and people from all countries always have questions about inconvenience, insecurity or pollution. @@aleks_digitalnomadwell you need to have in mind that argentina its a very big country with small population of 45 millions and almost 40% of the population lives in Buenos Aires province Bariloche its a small town wit only over 100 thousand people , in Argentina a place with over 100 thousand people it’s considered a city.’ Now if you want to see elite city you need to go to san Isidro , recoleta or puerto madero then you be able to see a bug city mansions and every thing you want but nature!

It is considered a fancy city because it is where wealthy people have homes for holidays, vacation and skiing. It’s a place for holidays/ vacation so it’s natural that the infrastructure is small, it’s like that in most “holiday” cities … In an era where you have plenty of information , internet and KZread, you guys seemed really uninformed, didn’t do your research correctly and didn’t get the most of the area. I’ve watched plenty of videos about trips to Bariloche and your video is really really bad, not informative at all. Completely useless and you offended this beautiful stunning place.
