So I’ve never heard of this game until watching this video. I’m currently level 17 and 3 hours non stop into this game and I love it so far. The soundtrack is slamming, gameplay is great. Price is perfect. Comedic and enjoyable story. Thanks for posting.

I played it when it was first in EA and enjoyed my time but I kind of wandered away. Just the other day I was looking for this again today play it and couldn't remember what the name was. I love that I ran across this update.

I purchased this game the moment it got on EA. Played for about a hundred hours and decided to stop before burning myself out before 1.0. It is a gem of a game and it is going to be hard to hold myself until 1.0 ater this update. Good thing you're giving it the visibility it deserves.

Hmm... good to know. I kept my eye on it for a bit when it came out and a part of me was worried it was going to be dropped. Not sure if I'll grab it now or wait for 1.0.

same I think the thing missing for me is multiplayer if I am playing an ARPG I playwith my friends I think that's what I am missing

Yes, I would have to agree. No online multiplayer is a deal breaker for me.

I just got the game thanks to your video.

I had played that game since day 1 of Early Access. Then they nerfed one of the best Huntress build into the ground and changed how crafting stuff on your gear etc. worked. The next best build for that class, the Ballista build I didn't like the playstyle of and I also obviously didn't have any gear to make that work. Would have needed to almost start over and just stopped playing, because no. I had followed that game over the months or years ever since. I'm not aware of any viable Huntress build other than the Ballista, but I'd love to be pointed towards some ressources to prove me wrong. I might just start a new character once that patch drops.

Been playing the game for about 30min so far it is very fun.

Looks good I'll check it out, and honestly.. Undecmber is a fantastic ARPG I've got 230 hours into it now and it's a gem of a ARPG.

Interesting, played it a bit when it was released and thought it would be one of those EA games that takes 10 years to release in an incomplete state anyway, because of how slow they update. Will give it another shot next patch.

Would you be able to provide an example build you've played in Slormancer? I got kinda petrified when I played it before, trying to make a build and think what makes a build solid akin to relearning POE almost. Wondering if you have a video or anything to point to that could help someone get started again? Some guidelines or anything like how POE it's recommended to get certain health amounts, certain resistance thresholds etc.

The game is going to change tremendously when the big patch comes out rendering many builds invalid or require re tweaking. I think all people should explore the game and experiment before blindly following builds and not learn the fundamentals. Just my 5 cents

Looks interesting though you are right kind of a bad time to release a big update =p Would you say the game is worth playing now before this update comes out? I will be losing my life to ff xiv dawntrail when that comes out very soon.

Is that one totem ballista thing build from a long while ago still good? Last time I played was over a year ago, but I ended up losing my save data when I forgot to back it up when doing a system reset.

That build was super fun but I haven't kept up to date with the game so I wasn't sure if it got nuked or somethin. I might have to come back to the game here soon. I remember having an absolute blast when I played it before

I would say it went from 5% finished to 90% finished.

The game seems fun but you didn't mention it has NO multiplayer functionality or hardcore mode..

Only problem is lack of content and slow updates.

Love Slormancer, It truly is one of the best out there, I am probably a minority in the aspect of I am indifferent than most the population that think PoE is the end all be all of this genre. I hate PoE, Have no idea how that people think it is the mold in which all games should strive to be like, I guess it might stem from all you hear people say PoE this PoE that, I have installed that crap 25+ times and can't make myself like it, And yes one could say I am a little bit salty when talking about it, Got my fingers crossed that PoE 2 won't be like the previous one so I might actually want to try to play it.

i had this game on my wishlist for years, and it still is in EA. i've almost lost interest. its just been taking so long. i'll probably take a look at it when it finally gets "released". Chronicon is my fav arpg of all time and this is very similar, it seems, so i've always been interested. just getting real tired of the whole EA junk that it seems every single game has to enter first for years. is there any ETA on release? if 0.9 is in a few weeks, then im figuring maybe by end of year. that would work, i could get it as a christmas thing for myself
