I had an abnormal pap and did 2 colposcopies. It was not pleasant and they then wanted to do the Leep procedure to remove the lesion. Once they told me about the Leep. I did a lot research and didn’t think removing it would solve my problem but i quick fix. Basically, it means your body is giving you warning signs that you are overworking yourself. Work, stress, lack sleep, nutrition..life. It’s a good time to reflect on your life and change certain things in your lifestyle to decreases stress, less work, more sleep, better diet,etc. I told the doctor give me 6 months to see if I can clear it on my own. I quit my hectic and stressful job, read studies that high dosage of Folate daily for 3 months and 5,000 IU vitamin D(I was deficient). No coffee, just green tea and tried to eat very clean, no sugar. Also, I got rid of toxic people in my life. I was determined to cure it naturally but would do the Leep in 6 months if it didn’t clear up. Sure enough it cleared naturally, thank g-d. Anyhow, I share this story to everyone that is going thru it.I was 35 when I got it. I wish you only health! ❤️

Thank you for this long vlog and the Italian trip. We eat so well in Italy, I absolutely love their food !

Hi Kate, yes I had a papa-smear test done this July. It was okay a bit unpleasant, but my doctor is great and very positive. My papa-smear test was healthy, but I am having ultrasound to check my cysts on my left ovary next week. I have another doctor appointment to go over my results with my doctor.

Aww you guys .. you be had two babies our bodies are AMAZING!!! We can do anything 🎉 ❤

It really isn't weird to need a bit of a recharge.....my husband and I always have a 10min cup of tea in our room at weddings to recharge our social batteries. We even did it at our own wedding 😂
