That one minute of silence after the last bite, I felt that, bro. Grew up poor, abusive home, addiction, the whole nine. But every once in a while, sh*t would calm down for a second and my mom would whip up some Hamburger Helper and for just a minute, it felt like I had a normal childhood. This brought it back for me.

Man this takes me back. I use to cook this as kid for me and my siblings while my parents were at work. I was the oldest and cooked, cleaned, and took care of my siblings. Use to cook this with a pot of rice. I come from a Polynesian backround Tongan/Samoan and it would fill up all 6 of us! Ima cook this tonight for memories!
