I have the same alopecia as you. I see people I went to kindergarten with that recognize me (44 now)! Being a guy and into sports it doesn’t really bother me. If I had to chose between my athletic abilities or having hair, I’d chose athletic abilities. It did suck as a kid, but as an adult I wouldn’t change it.

Just found your site and you have some amazing vids. When my brother was 3 yo ...he got very sick and had a 108 degree temp. While in the hospital ...they put him in an ice bath to bring his temp down. He survived the illness ...but developed Alopecia. The doctor said that either he would get better and his hair would restore as he aged or he would lose all his hair. Unfortunately he ended up losing every hair on his body. His first name is Dean and if he had your last name ...he would be Dean Bean. Dean will never be as beautiful as Chole ...but he can relate to the life style forced on to you both!

You can do whatever you want, of course, but in my opinion, why would you? It’s not like it’s a big humongous tattoo on your face or anything. The tattoo is you it’s part of you of who you are and what you been through and where you are today that’s how I look at it. But to each their own, I understand you.

That’s very dark so yes you will need many sessions and yes it’s very painful but they have numbing creams to help with the pain that most laser places offer, and it will take a while before it’s gone maybe around a year

Like its the way it is now but if i become bald does it will grow straight or another way or it will just grow the way it is? You are so beautiful, with or without a wig. And your bald head is really perfect- which sounds incredibly weird & dumb now that I see it in writing but I’m not sure how else to say that 🤷‍♀️😜 I have hair, that I’m slowing getting back to healthy. COVID was rough & I don’t do well bored. Needless to say I took my hair into my own (very unprofessional) hands a few to many times… bleaching, cutting, thinning, more & more bleaching, more cutting & thinning…I was going for the shaggy look. One thing I learned from COVID=I do not understand color theory. AT ALL! My hair is finally to the nape of my neck, the sides are still a bit shorter & thinner (those “scissors” the ones that thin your hair should really come with a big red flag warning for people like me) but I no longer look like I have a mullet or like Alfalfa! I’m wondering if you can an recommend home clip in extensions or anything I can easily use at home. That will do two things. 1. add a bit of length where you can’t see when my hair ends & then can see through the rest of the bottom part. I’m not expecting long thick luxurious hair to my waist! 2. Will allow my top layer of hair to lay flat & cover the extensions. Unfortunately, I’m on a budget. Amazon is usually my bbf bc they have SO many options that are affordable. The options I’ve already tried are not my bbf! How do I know what to look for? So I can choose one that can meet these needs? Do you know of anything I can use that’s under $50-$100? Thank you!!!

lmao we have allllll went through with laser removal. lol. ppl have gone all the way through, or went half way. i went half way and gave up. i remain with two skin color holes in the middle of my stars. it feels like a rubber band smacking you in the area you are getting it. repeated snaps constantly non stop. its also a lot more expensive. hundreds of dollars. i paid 120 for my two stars. It cost me 270 each time i went. 1,700 to get them all together.

That’s a horrible tattoo; but then again most tattoos are imho. The best tattoos are those in people who live the life… which is not the majority. Best of luck with the removal and hope we get updates. Btw, that wig looked good to me, you’re pro.

I think if you’re obviously drunk you can’t get a tattoo. Too many people wake up with tattoos and regret them after an impulsive drunken choice, tattoo artists should say no. I know there is no way to enforce that and tattoo artists want money no matter what you want but still

in most european countries, they dont tattoo you when they notice you are drunk or on any kind of drug! :D

I think maybe it's only you that's hyper focused on the tattoo while absolutely no one else is. My advice get 3 Dozen more tattoos also if that tattoo is literally one of your biggest regrets i suppose you haven't really lived life very much LoL
