Hope you guys enjoy! This was filmed pre Covid 19 and I finally got a chance to edit some of the footage. I think i may be able to do a couple more videos in the coming weeks but I am definitely trying to be respectful of whats going on and trying to ride well within my limits. That drone is seriously perfect for the Boise foothill trails.. Such a badass piece of equipment! Sweet video. Fun to watch dude! 🤘

@@AprilRideMTB Thanks man I've been chilling and riding more than ever and my pups get extra time with me. I miss doing more social stuff, but things are pretty chill in my home. Hope you're doing well. I just started riding rock island last weekend. Some really fun features to play on. I have a couple that I still need to clean, but it's a fun challenge to ride smoothly.

Awesome trail! Will have to ride it hopefully in the next few weeks!

Yeah haha, some hikers piled huge rocks in it! Nice spot though! I didn't even see that line until i climbed up one day haha

I'm in Yakima, and we have identical terrain, but a much smaller trail network. I hope to get to Boise in the near future to try something new. Looks nice.

wow that looks like a blast ,I'ts not to wild and it's fast ,I think that's what I would shoot for, at my age I don't think I would get to much more gnarly then that.so cool thank's for the look'e see. If I could do that even just once I would be so happy with myself but first I have learn to manaul ,and jump,and bunny hop, so my goal is going to be to do this on my 72 birthday that gives me a year and a half.wish me luck

Wow I love smooth trails! South Africa has a lot of single track xc trails similar to these. Was that the skydio? Absolutely amazing drone shots,gotta get one!

I live here and haven't hit that trail... once the trails dry out this week it will be on my social distancing list

Thanks Kyle, great video! Do you have any suggestions on easy rides (or short loops) in the foothills for my 11 y/o. I need to scout a few trails this week and only have time to hit three or four. There were too many people at the bike park last week.

Absolutely! I would say some of the things around military reserve or camelsback park. there are also some great trails in avimore that are less used. I think the stuff near military reserve is really mellow!

Hey kyle is there a trail that can be shuttled in the boise area? I'm not very healthy but want to ride so I'm looking for a trail I can just decend. Rreally appreciate your videos. Thanks bro

You can shuttle a bunch of the trails up at bogus basin now that the lift has closed :)

Do I need a full suspension bike for that trail ? I am thinking about getting a trek Marlin 8 2022 or do you recommend a different bike for a beginner ?

So u ride up the same u go down or how does that process work. Do u get a buddy to shuttle u. If u ride up is it the same trail or something else. Thx

We haven't, but it is possible they could be there in spring. Our house isn't too far from there (on the other side of the river) and we have a lot of snakes by our house.
