First Light has fallen. Once a welcoming place for newcomers to Aeternum, the fields have been ravaged by the fury of the Angry Earth. No one is certain what has become of the people and villages that once populated the area, and a deadly barrier has kept all but the most intrepid from attempting to find out. This abundance of earthly powers has awakened the mighty Beast Lords, a new possible adversary facing the people of Aeternum… but with them also comes a boon - the secret to taming and riding animals.
Summon a mount for faster traversal across Aeternum. Master horses, dire wolves, and lions, each with a unique look, customizable equipment and a name you can set. Level up the new Riding Trade Skill to earn upgrades like increased speeds, buffs and higher tier consumable food for your new friend.
Increase your character’s level to 65 and Gear Score to 700 with new attributes to help power up your builds. Increase Trade Skills to level 250 with new items to gather, refine and craft. Complete a new Faction Quest and unlock a new Faction tier loaded with desirable gear and items.
Find and equip Artifacts, a powerful new tier of weapons and armor. Complete a series of quests and awaken the Artifact’s full potential by unlocking its six perks including one unique playstyle-defining perk to change your game.
The Flail is a versatile one-handed weapon with the option for an offhand shield. Use arcane magic to enhance attacks and buff allies or debuff enemies for an easier victory. Through a combination of melee, arcane magic, and strong defenses, the wielder can bolster their group’s effectiveness without dropping the offensive.
The southeastern tip of Aeternum, formerly known as First Light, has been invaded by the powers of Artemis and the Angry Earth. Explore the raised structures of this magical new landscape and battle the ferocious beasts that have taken refuge in the verdant, unsettled terrain.
Embark on a dangerous new Level 62+ Expedition to track down the primordial Beast Lords before chaos emerges from the depths of Aeternum. Season 3 introduces a new Season Journey, new Activity Card, new Challenges, and new rewards.
Capture new Influence Towers and strike down enemy Factions in open world combat for territorial supremacy. Each Faction will compete for Influence in specific zones during scheduled times. If an attacking Faction earns enough Influence through PvP Missions, Influence Towers, and Forts before the race ends, they’ll receive bonus rewards, plus the opportunity to declare War. If the defending Faction prevents the attackers from scoring enough Influence within the time limit, they’ll earn bonus rewards for both the Influence Race and the next War. Regardless of who wins, the attacking Faction with the most influence can escalate the conflict into War.
Unleash your inner beast to deal unarmed light and heavy attacks on enemies. Influence Races, a new Season Pass, a main storyline quest revamp, and more are coming for all players in Season 3.

I still play heavy melee and consistently get top ten. Most light players are not good. You on the other had pushed the skill ceiling for light. Good job.
Can you do a in depth guide how to pvp properly. When to dodge how to dodge properly tips tricks etc.

I try other builds every now and then but I love bow too much to ever drop it xD maybe when dagger comes out I'll mess with other builds with it
I'm looking to get into New World, I'm a PVPer from way back, at first I thought you were just dodging and shooting but then I seen the abilities being used sequentially and it's like oh ok damn, the bow switching at 4:56 with the high DPI fps wiggle around your target was pretty entertaining, I really want to use a bow now.

@@happystash imma be honest man. it was an amazing game for the 2 years i played it, but it's unfortunately gone pretty downhill recently :/ they changed the movement system in season 5 and it's very clunky. alot of new bugs too with no pvp content :/ population is very very low atm so i'd possibly wait a little. it's not super beginner friendly. u cant rlly make money by pvping unless you're already a top pvper. so your only real choice to get money is to grind pve/lifeskilling or RMT gold :( i go over alot of the negatives in this video if you're interested kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZmuHttWzfZfUqKw.html

@@DeityVengy Alright cool man thanks, i'll give a watch, seriously I've been looking out for a new MMORPG since RSC and the few temporary months I played WoW as a kid, I mean that's like 15 years without a decent adventure, It's really hard to find a game with a balanced system as far as PVPing with PVE elements, that caters for me, It's unfortunate to hear it's gone downhill I'm sure you're experiances haven't been as wholesome, I'm definitely looking for a new MMORPG if you ever hear of something new or if something is nice and fixed let me know mate )

One of the few bow players I won’t tea bag when I kill. Though we hardly ever run into each other and I don’t think I win the straight 1v1. You just have the dodge timing down perfectly, it’s like waiting for you to mess up so I can eat

Been seeing more people go back to Riposte over FnF. Also seeing a lot of Flurry around for more Rapier focused builds. What are your thoughts on Bow meta so far in S4? Also, no Rapid Shot? How come?

Rapid shot not that good for 1vX and 1v1s imo. best for wars when you're often focus firing people that aren't directly looking at you. Riposte is better for 1vX and group combat for survivability while FnF and flurry are more 1v1 focused skills. I'm personally not a fan of flurry at all but FnF has it's uses and is generally more "skillfull" to play around with

This really makes me want to start new world, an MMORPG that lets you abuse aim and the weapons do good dmg as well 🗿 Just one question, how long would it take me to be able to go play pvp without being gear gapped?

Have you ever dueled/fought a guy named xKrazyd or similar? I've seen him a few times in races and he just does not die. I think he uses spear/rapier.

we've 1v1ed twice for fun and ended it at 1-1 bow/rapier vs spear/rapier but that was a longggg time ago. back then we had 5 min+ fights so I'm sure neither of us would be able to kill each other now

i wouldn't say that. tons of clips on my channel where i beat people with egos while naked. new world is the highest skill cap mmo i've played tbh. there's a gear entry but its very little. kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5-Dxdxxe7C_lZM.html not to ego trip but i can probably beat a significant portion of the game's population while half naked. i even made a series where i just stood outside WW and dueled ppl naked to the point that people stopped dueling me cuz they didnt wanna end up on youtube

@@addadsoids8959 4-5 shirking heals is mandatory for pvp the same way 4-5 resil was mandatory for pvp. all gear without shirking heals is cheap. all gear without resil was cheap. 1-2 perk shirking heal gear is relatively cheap. 1-2 perk resil gear was relatively cheap. bis shirking heal gear is expensive. bis resil gear was expensive. literally the same exact scenario
