I think some Jamaicans just love to run with the narrative that Jamaicans don't support Jamaicans, we just love negativity. As it relates to the movies, Carib was packed for days with the movie being played in multiple cinemas, I know Manu Jamaicans abroad that haven't been to the cinema in years, but got up to go see the movie.......but we just love this negative narrative.
