I LOVE the last setup. The portrait at the end of your wife is so elegant.

Play it by ear work not academic language trial and error. No meter needed no care for lighting ratio. It's amazing how folks work and share information these days. Self taught persona not bad.

Behind every successful man is an awesome woman. Just want to appreciate Jiggie's wife for sacrificing her time for us to learn, one tutorial after ther other(and it's a lot ey). This was such an amazing tutorial. I just got my first light, and I’ve been looking for good single light set ups. Your use of reflectors is perfect for what I need to do. I’m new at OCF, but this helps so much.

Thank you for these examples. I don’t have that large a softbox, but I use a large shoot-thru umbrella. btw, I recently bought the 7a4 & really like it, & am glad to see you apparently rely on the face-detection focus. That’s going to be a game-changer for me. Couldn’t do that with Canon. I’m still learning the sony.
