This story always gets me right in the heart. Sir Anthony is clearly perfect for this part and the cast with him is amazing. On my 2024 list. Cheers!

Utter, utter briliance. Show this one to your kids, theres no swearing, no nudity, no violence though much trauma yet amazing inspiration, a piece of history that we forget about at our peril.

This was my favorite film from the 2023 Toronto International Film Festival. Anthony Hopkins gives an extraordinary performance.

Sir Nicholas was an absolute hero with no desire for recognition. His story must be told. And who better to do it than Sir Anthony? I can’t wait to see and show this to my children.

I had to come here to say. This movie was excellent and it affected me in a weird way lol it’s true story and it’s good to watch and at the end I cried and I felt like a bit of depression afterwards that I normally don’t get from a movie / documentary which shows how well done this is, how good the production is and how good of a person Nicholas Winton was and how his life is a story that deserves to be told to many. Nobody will really care about this comment but I just had to say this was phenomenal to watch.

Same.. When I was 11 years old I saw the original That’s Life program in the 1980’s about him, I cried along side my mother watching it….2 weeks ago I cried alongside my daughter watching this film.

I have read the story, and watched a few videos on this. It hits hard, VERY hard. A must see about the best, and worst, about humanity and how one person can make a difference.

This was by far one of the most powerful documentaries I've seen. Thank you very much for this outstanding production.

I just saw that it’s finally coming out in the US in March and I cannot wait to watch this. I have been hoping for them to make a movie and cannot wait to see it!

David Suchet related this story as part of the 2022 Tabernacle Choir special, including having Nick Winton talk. When I was watching that this last Christmas, I wondered why has no one made a movie of this. With all the stupidity they put on the screen, they can't put something good? Guess I should have just waited a few months before I thought that. And no one could do it better than Sir Anthony. I know I won't be able to watch this, but I will be glad it exists.

I know the story and everytime the trailer comes on I still cry.

Amazing story and I look forward to seeing it with that cast, as soon as I can.

Amazing movie, amazing cast, breathtaking, heartbreaking, and all-inspiring story from history. Humanity is disappearing from our world today, this is a nice reminder who we are (and should be). To stand up against evil and hate like he did back then.

I saw this as part of The London Festival and it is excellent and cannot wait to purchase for my collection. Well Done to the Crew & the cast all brilliant

Just saw this tonight in an advance screening. If you like Schindler's list, you will definitely like One Life. It's not as graphic as most movies invlolving the German occupation of WW2, so it's a great history lesson for kids too. Anthony Hopkins is getting up there in age, but he can still act well.

No. They took the train from Prague to a ferry and then transferred to another train to resume their trip to London.

He is perfect for this marvelous story!!!!! He is my very favorite!! But I am a bit disappointed that Helena is in it too. I’m probably the only person who dislikes her and Olivia Coleman immensely. They seem to be in everything lately, like there are no other actresses in England. Helena ruined Sweeney Todd, and was horrible in the Crown. And don’t get me started on Olivia…..Although I didn’t mind her in Broadchurch. My husband and I are American and love all things in British movies and programing due to the failure of America to produce anything of quality and depth with classically trained performers. Our so called actors were all created and hyped up. Looking forward to seeing the brilliant Anthony Hopkins.

I have seen video of the actual TV show portrayed in in this movie. SPOILER ALERT!!! When Nicholas turns around he sees that almost the entire audience has stood up.
