I have shoulder injury that I've been dealing with for years on and off. I've decided recently that I'm only gonna use my left hand with the good shoulder for offense going forward in the perceivable future.
Man I want to come out there and train with you guys so freaking bad... You guys are doing such good work working hard developing your skills... I want to be part of that... I brought my weight down from 298 to 260 so far just on shadowboxing and diet but I've got 30 more pounds I'd like to lose
