His Chris Cornell was absolutely perfect. He’s a rock singer so those were much easier for him to nail.

This guy is amazing! Even if he isn't Exactly like the artist, the fact that he can come so close in so many different voices/styles impresses me. 🤗

I disagree. I can hear Anthony's natural tone behind it... Frank Sinatra's voice was much "Fuller" than Anthony was able to accomplish. It was an excellent impression regardless. Not 101% tho

Lil Pitchy is Roomie. He called out Roomie and dissed him at the same time. Excellent.

DMX was close. Biggie and pac mannerisms were spot on, pac close in voice.

He'd have to gain at least 100lbs to be able to sound like B.I.G. You can copy the style and vocal tembre, but for singers their body is their instrument and just like the a violin can sound different by just being build with a different kind of wood, so does a voice sound different coming from a different body. Outside that, he definitely had everything outside that locked down rather well.

He nailed them, some he missed but you can definitely hear the person he's trying to impersonate.

He's 95% on most of them and that's really amazing.

The fact that the only ones that can tell his rap voices are not exact are people that have about 100 hours listening time is great.

How do you not know how Frank Sinatra sounds like. He has one of the most iconic voices and is one of the greatest singers in all of music history. Also, yes, I think he passed.

That Eminem should be a pass he may not sound like Eminem, but he did that dub flawlessly

None of these channels can sound "exactly" like these artists. They sound alot like some of them but to be exact, no. This guy is definitely the best on youtube though.

What he meant though is that Anthony said he would sound EXACTLY like the artists. So EXACTLY means 100%. I agree, though I don’t think ‘fail’ is the right word to use though.

I don't listen to most of these often enough to be able to tell. The only one I could tell was off was David Draiman, but it was still close.

You can hear the music don’t really need to guess. If you don’t know the song you wouldn’t guess it anyway 🤣

Point wasn't for his voice to exactly match the person that he's doing. It's things like accents lisps techniques, because you can't really change the so called color of your voice and that's why on some it might seem off, but that just the color of his voice not matching those particular people, and i think he did an amazing job at masking that and being spot on with every other aspect of the impersonations.

Gutted you didn't know Chris Cornell. The impression of him was spot on!

DMX in my opinion was spot on. There’s a video out there that puts of the originals beside Anthony’s voice, it sounds way closer than I thought. Bit less for Biggie and 2Pac, but they were closer than I thought

Also, as maybe others have mentioned, your guy was wrong. Roomie really is the original of this specific type of impressionists, Anthony Vincent(this guy) does STYLE impersonations, kinda like Quadeca. But Roomie is the one that really set off the wave of this type of content. He's also Lil Pitchy (it's part of a catch phrase of his, and it's his artist name that he releases music under. ) The challenge originally was to someone named Gabriel Brown (BlackGryphon) and Anthony decided to butt in with this video, which set off a chain of reactions between him and Roomie that kind of graded Anthony's performance, and then Anthony's response to that grading. It's all pretty funny, this isn't real beef. (kinda like say VI Seconds and ImDontai back in the day, it was just for fun.) The joke with post malone and the autotune was to make fun of joel because anthony as far as i'm aware rarely is ever uses it, and Joel is a huge proponent of using autotune, it can't make someone who can't sing be able to sing, as all it really does is smooth out pitch. (but if you turn it up too high you get that robotic sound)

He took a challenge of trying to follow the voice pattern and pitch of African-American rappers as someone who isn't African-American, so I can respect that.
