Many of these communities utilize underground banking systems or family investment or other ways of financing. Don't believe all that hard work stuff, they have access to capital that other groups simply don't have. Or they may be laundering crime money. You know nothing about these communities, just what you see on the surface.

I have a Weber kettle BBQ and I have the rotisserie for it, nothing beats the chicken made this way.

The time and effort going into this process from start to finish is amazing and I can imagine the chicken tastes fantastic, so it's no wonder they make the money.

I know you guys do. There is a small Portuguese Colony here in Long Island NY. The whole block is full with Churrasqueira's, great chicken amazing flavor. I love the Portuguese Chicken.

I must say the comments above reflect how the global taste for BBQ chicken is in everyone's palates. Thank you all for sharing. The BBQ chicken identity is built. Joy to the world. I almost forgot to mention how frozen beer, fries, and cooked rice are also great companions of this delicacy. Chilly spice sauce is advised.
