i am European and the EU server is the dumbest idea they ever had. the asia server was ok because they have a large mobile market and a lot of people there couldnt play the game with a 300 ping. but thats not the case in Europe. most of the people in europe have a 90-130 ping and with that its totally fine to play the game without any laggs. if you have over 140 ping go east server.and europe has maybe 10% of the mobile market in comparison to the asia server. its just another cash grab attempt nothing else. they think the asia server was successful because they look at the generated money not the actual player count.

guys new start equal opportunity bla bla, but cmon on east server there were 120/120 guys on first week and we figured out the game so many people will be rich via black market at the beginning. we, 10 irl friends all 35+ yo, been playin this game since beta. 8 year progress will be lost. we dont have time to grind with kids jobs etc. this was a huge invesment from our side. we paid to get this game when it first came out. look what happens now? 8 year of investment is gone. we dont have time to grind again. and lets admit it , this game is not so much kid friendly. half of the people i met in this game is old compared to gaming community. 30+ etc. many share my situation. people say "you dont have to go to eu" , oh yea we do cuz small group content is already dead even here. eu timers will be empty server. its somewhat forced. im ok with delayd option like 6 month or smt but cmon guys, please let us get our chars move to eu otherwise many like me are forced to quit.

as for me, eu gives me oportunity to play with like 110 ping, in comparison with 180 - huge boost, but, grinding specs one more time... not sure its worth it

For me personally account transfer is really a big "NO" in mmo genre most mmo dont do account transfer i imagine what it would looks like if they allow account transfer, it will just be a normal day and yes its a new server ofcourse expect the market will be high demand and high price. Edit: I also would like to add no new content except ZvZ, Crystal Weap and etc.

I think they don't care about veteran players at this point, since from what is my expirience and the people that I know, veteran players don't buy premium, don't need gold, maybe neither the skins since they have better than what they offer on the shop so they don't pay off. They stabbed people in the back by doing this, they said last year that there will be no european server, now here it is, another money grab, I loved this game and I'm sorry to see the death of it right here. 😮‍💨

Enjoy your couple months of fighting everyone for literally everything till most realize the problems that were affecting activity in East and West will also be present in the new EU server.

Man this game used to be the world that everyone could play together no matter what kind of device u are playing with or region u are living but now they are ruining it ( i play with 250 ping on west and in EU i get 150 but I don't like the idea anyway )

Bro im playing this game since 2019, i had more time with it than my family, im not sad if they dont give us the skins, but atleast the achievments or atleast give us somthing special cuz we actualy deserve it

if SBI says the old acc will dominate the new server why not make a 1time cross server acc but the server you are going to needed to be at least a 6month old server in that way the new players have plenty of time not to be low specs THOUGHTS?

IMO, with the EU launch they're trying to cater more to NEW players to make them spend money with little to no regard for the veterans that spent real money for premium and for skins. So basically, it doesn't matter if you supported the game for multiple years since it was TRULY just 1 world 1 server. Every skin that's tradable will NEVER be transferable, and every non-tradable/shop-exclusive skin will AT BEST only become transferable once they make them purchasable again through the shop. AT WORST, they'll probably get the veteran players that transfer to EU have to rebuy shop-exclusive skins again if they want them. The reason I know they're just catering to new players over vets that have supported this game for years is their justification for the EU server after all the backlash is they think new players will fill the void of the population split. In reality, West(americas) server will feel empty to new players and they'll either have to play solo for a while(which with the state of the game and server currently, is not fun), or join a renter guild for one of the south american guilds that will eventually dominate the black zone entirely with all competition either disbanding, quitting, moving to EU, or all of the above. And what will happen in EU is that the groups that swipe will speedrun to capitalize on EVERYTHING(Black Market, Town plots, T8 zones) that by the end of the 5 days when everyone can finally access EU server, it'll feel like crap for new players that don't have vets holding their hands. You know what'll make new players quit on EU? Already not knowing what you need to do, and on top of that ALL resources and mobs are being contested by players who know what they're doing trying to speedrun spec. There might be an influx of new players trying the game out, but given some time I doubt even 5-10% of truly "new players" will stay. This population splits with new servers might've worked for the game at the start of covid, but for people who have lives and not a lot of spare time, Albion is just not gonna be worth playing.

They stopped caring about the game and started caring only about money, reason why the premium went to 20+mil at some point and the gold required from 3k to 3750, making you buy it for 15 euros instead of 10 per month unless you are content creator, the removal of solo dungeons of the roads was a way to cut down loot income since it had 610% loot bonus due to the fact that the entrance didnt close for 90 sec after the last player inside the dungeon left, i really wish they make it account spread skins because i gave a lot of money to this shitty company that doesnt care about the game, but im prepared for the fact that they might come with a garbage excuse as to why it wouldn't be fair to have the skins on all servers as if we didnt already spent the money for them
