    Id move the honey spawn trigger. Doesn't make a lot of sense having full jars of honey spawning in a field tbh. You can just say you have processed the honey in one of the buildings or smth

    I was just going to suggest this, there are several small buildings at the front of the farm, perhaps all of those cars belong to people who work on the farm and they are their to collect the honey and package it up and then stack it somewhere dry??

    Couple of suggestions, I’ve seen another guy using a hose to fill equipment from IBCs, that would add to the realism. Also it looks like you’ll need fuel soon, so you may need to install a tank if you haven’t already done so, as there doesn’t appear to be any fuel stations on the map. Lastly, if you turn left out of the shop it’s a more direct/quicker route back to your farm.

    You should move the honey trigger into the yard somewhere. It would make more sense because it'll be out of the way. And you'll make more money from not having to destroy the crop. Plus, you have multiple beehives in multiple locations feeding into that one spot. It makes way more sense to just move it to a more convenient location.

    A hand pallet jack/fork has been suggested for the wool pallets for tight locations. I suggest a small, separate sheep pen to put the ram(s) into when you don't want them to breed. As long as the ram is needed, then separating it from all the ewes will allow the lambs to grow for better money

    This probably sounds like a stupid idea but: you could let the store “buy” the equipment you rented and sell it again (money goes to the store though). This way maybe sometimes the things you want could come up in the sale. It’s like the store then rented out that tool enough that’s no longer good to them but they sell it at a cheaper price. I mean in real life, when rented machinery has been used a lot, they also tend to sell in later cheaper to buy a new one themselves to rent out again. Just a suggestion.

  • @jakepalmer1986
    @jakepalmer198624 күн бұрын

    perhaps with work like the spraying where you don't have money buy the machine, you could consider simulating having a contractor come on the farm to do the work instead of leasing the machine everytime which would be more costly in the long run.

    About the sheep.....: As long as you are overcrowded (for longer than a short time, like more than a few hours), the health goes down fast. You have now health 0%. That means low sell prices. If you would keep the sheep healthy, you would bring in 6x-8x mores money per sheep

    You could always hold an auction for the extra sheep (i.e. just sell the extras to the animal handler via the menu; the cost of doing so could reflect the variance in auction price). I know several farmers who have done this from time to time. And it would solve your problem (well, as long as you got rid of all your rams).

    I have really been enjoying the fixed price mod, it removes the best worst time thing so you can just sell when you have free time or need the money. I get the fluctuations being realistic but nobody holds milk for months or gambles on storing wood for a favorable market situation. Around here grain is pre sold before you even plant it so you already know what range you’re gonna get.

  • @stevendaly4640

    I play in a way where I make myself sell perishable goods immediately, and then I can store things that can be stored for better times if I need to. So I can hold grain in storage to sell at a good price, but use the automatic milk sale mod to sell milk at the start of every day.
