    BRO, wtf is going on here? You started on day one, barely knowing how to shift your weight and hips, and 30 days later you chillin' in the OAHS. Respect!

I can do 60 seconds. 10 second intervals is easy . After a few months or years it gets so easy you forget it was ever hard . I dont even think I'm cool anymore . It's just like a 2 arm handstand

  • @danfonkats9761

    @danfonkats9761

    2 жыл бұрын

    Thank you. I think at the beginning it’s doesn’t metter, which arm you train, because in any case one arm will progress better and faster than the other one. So I just felt that I could do something new and I didn’t want to change it. At that time I have just been trying to do my best in 30 days. But of course, after achieving different variations of OAH I will train the other hand.

In the past, I didn't like to train OAHS too frequently due to the risk of injuring my wrist or shoulders (thing that happened before) but now I'm taking all the precautions before doing OAHS like very long warm ups and using wrist wraps. I don't understand what part of my hand I have to put my weight. Every time I put a little pressure on my pinky I start rotating. Also, I try to do more corrections using my elbow while keeping my should high up but it is still very difficult to keep balance.
