This is my first time watching this show, and as someone who started BFDI in 2013, I gotta say: ONE is a really fascinating deconstruction of the genre, and really makes you question why old school object shows are the way they are without being ham-fisted about it. It's a really interesting concept, and I can't wait to see where things go from here 💗 Update: oh my god

This is the first object show I've seen where the characters have some backstory. The fact that they have lived normal lives up to this point really adds a layer to their characters.

I was introduced to this show by a friend i met who we both happened to like bfdi and bfb. This was back in September of 2022. Its been almost 2 years now. This show has sprouted many inside jokes between us and is the reason were so close today. Thank you for making this masterpeice.

The name ONE doesn’t actually mean anything

It's like Airy is the "old" type of object show, always conforming to the old methods of calling objects by "Object-y" and thrusting them into competitions randomly with no reason, whereas the contestants are the "new" type that this show takes on, where they feel, talk, and just are like humans with human lives. They're angry at eachother, but they have to realize that neither of the types are bad, just different. And that makes for some good character development, leaving this show with infinite potential, that can only be exampled in ONE action.

The 'Object Show' scene has progressed enough, and it's audience has matured enough, that those who watched shows like BFDI could go on to create works that so effortlessly inspire thought provoking meta analysis of the many aspects of humanity that are skipped in order to create the squeaky-clean cartoonish caricatures that act not for themselves but to entertain in any other object show. Not to say that those original cartooney works are bad of course, they do what they do to accomplish the goals they have, but by taking the liberties they do they create an "Art gap" that shows like this can now fill. I LOVE this show, and I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for more.

I love coming back here sometimes. It’s fun for me to look back at how much the animation, writing, and voice acting have changed

When I first watched this live, I got scared by the intro because I wasn't expecting it to just be that.

Dude this show is sick and it's only the first episode The characters feel so real, how they live in real places, have jobs, have actual names... I've never grown attached to a group of characters in any show so fast before it's nearly haunting... The visuals are breathtaking, the voice actors are talented, and the music is gorgeous Mad respect man

I watch this object show SO MANY TIMES, and its still so intresting. The way its put out, the music. Its amazing! It just gives agood vibe that this object show is unique to the others. Thanks Cheezy!

This is honestly one of the most creative objects shows I've EVER seen, not only have you portrayed that the objects have lives and names other then just in the show, but the animation style and objects are also some of the most creative I've seen, especially how tomato is animated, and to that I say, I have a lot of respect for you now.

I'm gonna cry if the next episode is called "TWO: 2" I really love this, the backgrounds look so amazing, the assets are so nice, but it still follows the goofy nature of this channel, I was really worried this would end up a super serious in depth show.

@@tacollab0924 i just said what i would do in liams position, i would rather try to help him first rather than being angry, even if i was presumed dead by the world because of him, and had to stay on the plane for 7 months, he's just someone who needed help, his actions were very wrong but he could've been forgiven with time

This series was incredible. This was the best start, none of these contestants knew what they were getting into. I love ONE and how it went through. Incredible job, Cheesy.

After watching this show for the first time, i litteraly had 7 existential crises. I LITERALLY. LOVE THIS SHOW.

I have a few theorys about what "ONE" stands for ; 1. It's just meaningless It doesn't stand for anything . Like a matoryshka , even if you take off all the layers , there is nothing . 2. Something cryptid or horror-like The show(ONE) is a psychological horror . So , something cryptid or horror-like would be appropriate . A name that could be possible is: "Objects Never Ending" Or , as you guys like it ,"objects never escape" 3.something somewhat childish Airy is the host , and judging on how kinda he acts like a "normal" object show host , it would be object something something . A name that could be possible is; "Object New Epic" We can't chose just one answer , due to lack of clues . EDIT:fixed some things . Again .

The first and last are likely to be correct, as we"ve seen Airy isn't clear about the "sussy" things, like not letting contestants to go to the plug and not saying that the votes are fake. I don't think Airy would be that evident, because he was going to say what the acronym means so yeah, either One means one one one bc of the lols or is something sketchy as Object New Epic lmao

Only Nine Episodes is one ive seen ONE ended at ONE 9 Scatterbrain, and ONE season 2 seems lke it will end at ONE 18, so

This object show is gonna be one of my favorite object shows,you're an great animator and I really liked the object show and this object show supposed to be an amazing object show!

HOW DID I NOT SEE THIS 2 YEARS AGO

Most object shows I've watched have been really childish and silly, but this more serious yet still hilarious episode is exactly what I'm looking for. It doesn't just start with a bunch of objects in some field and barely any background, but it actually shows the characters' lives before they got forced into the gameshow. I love all the characters, and if this continues, it might end up becoming my favorite object show. Great work, seriously!
